2018 Wildwood Xlite,ez on gas Sleeps 8, Huge slideout, Private Queen bed, wide bunks, 6ft U shape dinette/ bed, auto stabilizers, Lrg pantry. Outdoor utility shower, outdoor speakers. What's includedPropane, generator, included also no mileage charges. There are options to choose from on the quote for kitchen supplies and for bedding and towels. RecommendationsDillon's Beach is my favorite. Not too far but there is a nice beach and a peaceful atmosphere especially in the off season late fall or early Spring.
Tahoe, And all of the reservoirs in our area are nice in the early Spring to early Summer before lake levels are low!
Some have traveled to Montana and Utah and all the way to Yellow stone park.
I would be cautious of taking it too far up highway one along the coast highway up toward Jenner and beyond unless you have tow experience and a strong truck. Also, The curves and be a lot so just be sure you are prepared to go slow and be cautious on highway one.
Other things to noteBe sure to have your fridge items on ice for a day if the fridge is taking 4 to 5 hours to get cold you will be glad you did! Also if you are new to RVing, getting the rig the day before you want to leave is smart to get the fridge cold and to pack it up.

Joanne was great to deal with and very responsive. She was also very detail oriented and did a great job explaining the details about the trailer as well as the many issues with it as well. The trailer had several cosmetic issues along with several broken items and dents. The trailer was also very dirty, inside and out when I picked it up. We had to spend a couple hours cleaning the inside before packing our items for the trip. All in all, the trailer was functional but shows signs of a lot usage and some abuse.

Joanne’s answer

In response to this rating . I have a very safe trailer and it is usually clean beyond expectation and is sanitized using bleach cleaner because of the pandemic. All my renters are required to return it clean and they all have for four years except for one. I inspected the trailer when it came in from the previous renter and it was satisfactory except for the floor. The exterior and windows, I do myself. My trailer is safe and it is fully functional and is a great trailer to live in for any camping trip. Every trip we check and be sure that nothing but cosmetic things may need to be done if there is anything. I can wait on cosmetic issues but have always brought the trailer in on schedule for the items that would need to be done regarding safety. We are required by Outdoorsy to do this on a regular basis and I am adamant about safety. Some things laid down in the best of plans sometimes do not happen due to the universe simply not working in your favor. I will let any future renters know there has been a huge delay not only in parts being available even down to light covers and reflectors and screen door handles. But also, the wait in being able to bring the trailer in for any repairs to be done is long. Repair shops want you to bring it in and have it waiting on the lot in some cases for at least a week before they can get to it. This is after waiting for months just to get the appt. Then they will start to work on it but are also working on others trailers at the same time so it takes another week to get it done. I had to cancel one renter because they took a week to get brakes and bearings done and they did not even let me know why it was taking so long and I never got updates and had to call them daily and sometimes didn't even answer their phone and this is a prominent dealership in our area! I take it in just for routine maintenance and the brakes are replaced even when not needed yet. There are huge back ups and it means taking the trailer out of commission each time. The safety features like brakes and wheel bearings and tires as well as axle checks are always done on schedule but it means a week in the shop too, not just a day. I also, before this last trip, went to wash and clean the trailer the night before as I always do, but was told by the Trojan company who just bought this storage facility, that they had three people apparently hit their gate with their trailers and the gate wasn't working and they shut the gate manually and locked before I could get in to do my usual 2 hour cleaning and sanitizing. It had had everything but the floor and exterior done which I told the renter. Then when I wanted to come early in the morning to clean at 5 am to clean it they wouldn't open until 6 am which caused me not to be able to do all the things I wanted to do before the renter picked up the trailer at 7 am. The usual hours were always 5 am to 9pm for us owners at the storage facility. The batteries on the trailer were charged full and all my electrical was brand new. I just had, for a few minutes, a scare because the battery wasn't showing the full charge after I had just been told by my brand new battery charger that they were full. So it was a minute before the control board in the cabin had recognized that the batteries were filled with a full charge. I had called the renter 2 days before pick up to see if he wanted to come early, at no charge to him. I planned to clean the night before. I just offered in case they wanted to leave early and I had a doctor appt later in the morning. If I had known I couldn't clean it in the time I thought I would have, I would never have offered the renter to come early. Then I told the renter I was unable to clean it in the morning before he arrived and so asked if he could hold off on coming by 1 hour so I could clean the trailer. He was coming from Grass Valley so he had already left toward coming to the storage to do the pick up. So I said you can come but I still need to clean. He chose not to wait until I finished and I felt very bad that it wasn't my usual spic and span sanitizing and cleaning I normally do. He said he was going to have the trailer at his house for a day anyway and was fine with taking the trailer early. But, it is what it is. I have learned now not to ever let it go out even when a renter wants it. I accept that even when it is beyond your best to get it done things are what they are. I just hope this review doesn't ruin the 5 star reviews that the majority of renters experience with me. I have worked for years to have the best ratings and the pandemic has affected things as well as the back up in shipping in the ports. I would imagine even the storage gate waiting to be be fixed is part of that. I don't think there is a single sole in the trailer business or any business that has not been affected in some way. I have new tires, new electrical, new rear LED lights, new 7 point electrical plug, and all appropriately functioning appliances. Trailers are like having an earthquake every time it hits the road, the shaking wears things down. This is normal and expected. I inspect it even before it is backed into the storage parking space so I can open it all up. I also trust my renters to report issues if they have them and allow me to help them when they haven't remembered how to work something. I do my best on informing all my renters about every detail I can think of but some do not read the information supplied and they do not call me when they may not know how to work something. I am available 24/7 via outdoorsy and my personal number. Driver (renter) and owner do a complete walk thru on every trip. Every trip we check and be sure that nothing but cosmetic stuff is in need of repair if there is anything. Again, I can wait on cosmetic issues but have always brought the trailer in on schedule for the items that would need to be done regarding safety. We are required by Outdoorsy to do this on a regular basis and I am adamant about safety. Joanne

The trailer was a rough around the edges. Joanne went over the trailer before we left in details. When we went to return the trailer she was not prepare for us to unload at the storage unit. We had some problems with the hitch unit. The batteries were completely dead. It took us a 1 1/2 to do the return. No, apologies of hope to see you on the next rental , and I will be more prepare. Will probably take our business else where.

Our trip was amazing! We have lots of towing experience but never with a travel trailer and we felt perfectly comfortable doing so after leaving our host. She spent lots of time with us and went over all the paperwork so we knew what to do and what to expect. We had a few issues while we were out with it, mostly due to an experience, and she was quick to respond and help us every time! Cannot wait to rent from her again.. I fear our tent camping days maybe over! Thank you so much, Joanne! It was also wonderful to know we could have our aging dog with us.

Joanne's RV was incredible. Joanne was so thorough and helpful throughput our entire rental time. The RV was so clean and comfortable with tons of space for our family of 7. The pickup and return went smoothly and Joanne was very helpful to all of our needs.

The trailer had everything we needed. It also looked like the pictures and the pick up and drop off was easy.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am flexible depending on the day of the week. Generally I can do 9:00 am pick ups and 3 pm drop offs. These are good times for a Friday Pick up and a Sunday drop off. Any other days of the week will need to be customized with owner. As of January 2022 please text to customize any and all of your pick up and drop off times. Thanks, Joanne
