2017 Keystone RV Hideout
2017 Keystone Hideout 177 LHS Travel Trailer.All the comforts of home packed into a 21 foot travel trailer. Only 3,300 lbs dry, with a 4,460 pound Gvwr - fully loaded with water and gear. Makes it easy to pull with a mid-size suv or truck.Lifted for extra ground clearance for getting into steep gas stations, etc.We love this trailer because it has most of the comforts we need, but is also extremely manageable to pull and park. Added bonus...you can get into a lot of smaller spaces than a larger RV or trailer.For our family (now 5 people) it's large enough to shelter us from inclement weather, but not too big that we hang out in it all day. After all, camping is about Being Outside! For 2 people it feels very comfortable, but it also works great for a family of 4 if kids can share the dinette.AC (if on shore power or generator)

If you don't have a Trailer Brake Module, ensure you have the receptor under your dash - then we can loan your ours to use on the trip.3- No smoking of any kind is allowed.4- Please return the trailer in the condition you picked it up in. It doesn't have to be spotless, as there is a cleaning fee. But tidy, garbage free.What's included- Full private bath with shower separated from toilet

- Prep fee: $50.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Charging batter, filling propane, cooling the refrigerator if time allows.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Preferred times:
Pickup: 7am-11am
Drop-off: 12pm-4pm
We understand plans change and will do our best to adapt. Flexibility is trip-dependent, and also based on whether we have back-to-back rentals available. Especially if you're planning a long final day, please just let us know up front.
Q.Tricks or tips to run the fridge on propane?
A.
The instructions are straightforward, however we've found best results by first lighting the gas range. Once gas is flowing and the burners ignite, let them run for ~30 seconds before turning off.
Now try lighting the fridge. Gas will now be on-demand, and you won't spend so much time trying to light the fridge.
Q.How long will battery/propane/water last while boon docking?
A.
We have easily been out 3 nights without running out of battery power or propane for heat, cooking, and fridge use. However, excessive use of lights, radio, fan, etc will affect the battery life. Likewise, turn thermostat off if you leave to hike during the day.
Exercising batter/propane frugality will likely ensure you don't run out of either.
26 gallons of fresh water goes fast - be judicious about showers and dish washing.
