2021 Freedom Elite 32 foot with Bunkhouse which sleeps 8-10. All the amenities of home on the road! Enjoy sleeping like you are in a five star resort in the queen sized bed located in a private bedroom. The kids can sleep in the bunk beds at night, each with their own private TV, and then they can easily convert the bottom bunk in the morning to a dinette table for additional breakfast space. Keep it set up for the afternoon and use this area to play board games or catch a show on TV before heading out on the days adventures. Want to keep that area set up the whole time or have some friends joining you? No worries there, there is also a queen sized bed located over the cab, Of course, camping wouldn't be complete with out the outdoor amenities! Set up in the shade under the large, power awning and catch the game or watch your favorite movie on the 32" outdoor TV. Planning on camping on the beach? We've got you covered with the outside shower for a quick rinse off. Enjoy dinner and smore's with quick connect for the propane to set up the grill or firepit. Rules of the Road! Please read in its entirety!
-Awning must be retracted during rain, high winds, at night, and anytime you leave the campsite. If you fail to do this and damage occurs, repair/replacement fee’s will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- Smoking is prohibited in and within 15ft of the camper. If used cigarettes, ashes, or smoke is found in the unit the cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the vehicle, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
- If an unapproved pet is brought into the unit, a pet cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.
-If human or animal urine or feces are found on mattresses, counter tops, floors, rugs, cabinets, shower, sinks, chairs, etc cleaning or replacement fees will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-No climbing on the roof. If roof damage is discovered upon return, it will be taken out of your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to take the unit into below freezing temperatures for any amount of time, you are liable for “winterizing” the unit. Failure to do so properly can result in significant damage to tanks and water lines. If any damage is found upon return to tanks, water lines, hoses, or connectors the repair/replacement cost will be withheld from you security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the manual provided in the unit. Failure to follow any procedures in the provided manual could result in repairs that will be with held from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to purchase add ons like beach packages, kayaks, bikes, etc and damage or fail to return these items, repair/replacement cost of these items will be taken out of your security deposit.

Rig was clean, but dated and not in as good of shape as the pictures. Not auto levels, and generator was in and out. Spacious with the slides out though.

Thank you for your review Matthew. We try to keep photos as updated as possible, however normal wear can sometimes be hard to see in photos. You may want to rent a unit that is not 4 years old next time if you do not want any normal wear or tear. We do not advertise that the unit has auto-level. We apologize you did not know that. As stated in our rental agreement, generators will over heat and shut off when you are trying to run the continually. We recommend boondocking only for experienced campers. Again thank you for your review and we will use this feedback to better enhance our future reservations.
