A very nice clean and comfortable RV for a couple. The bed is super comfortable! Set up was done before we arrived, ready and waiting as we chose the delivery option, not having a vehicle that could tow and RV. All we had to do was unpack. Leaving was just as simple. The owner was very responsive and checked on us several times and responded quickly to any question. 2nd time renting from this owner, will continue to do so when we camp in this area.

This was our first time renting an RV. Good thing I was at a campground with a handful of friends doing the same thing. Otherwise I would be talking about the one and only time I rented an RV. I owned an RV that was bigger than the one that I rented so I am aware of the nuances of an RV. First of all when we arrived the first thing we noticed was the RV not leveled at all. The supports were down but no care was taken to level the RV at all. It leaned terribly toward the side. The levelers were NOT automatic so readjusting them was not an option. I spoke to the owner several times during the days leading up to the campout and he was quick to tell me that he was in Brazil and unable to deliver himself. He explained that he had a partner but that he wasn't as familiar with the RV. The day of the campout, I received a message that the fridge wasn't working but I would be given a smaller RV with a working fridge. This was not acceptable as the small size of the RV was the smallest I could use. I was offered the smaller RV with a 20% discount. I explained that I would need the larger, original RV as the smaller one would not accommodate my family of 4. He agreed to drop off the larger one without a working fridge. When the fridge was opened, it was filthy and smelled horrible. This was not a recently broken fridge as it was explained to me. Anyone can look and see easily that this was broken for some time. When I notified him about the issues upon checking out, he suddenly made me aware that I would be paying a dumping fee of 60.00 for the septic. The site did not have a individual septic but the park had a dumpout located about 100 yards away. I told him that was a stretch since this was pretty standard that campsites either have one at the site or a dumpout located on property. Charging for a dumpout like this is NOT what that charge is used for. I took videos of the site as I was told stories about being charged for things like that. When I inquired about the offered discount on the RV, the tone of the owner changed. It was then that he made up the dumping charge and now apparently a light switch that was broken. I told him that I am glad I paid with my AmEx because I will dispute the charges. I will use an RV rental service again but I would caution anyone from using these bozos. If you don't have any idea on how to level an RV, what confidence do I have that anything else is going to be correctly set up? The fridge was NOT a new issue. Caveat emptor!!!!

Clean, comfortable new trailer. No problems. Didn’t meet owner but assistant setup was quick & on time. Raphael communicated quickly with any problems with dates & times. You rent again.

The trailer looks bigger in the picture than it actually is, four guests should be the maximum occupancy, the bunk beds will only fit one person comfortably, the host selling this trailer for nine guests isn't doing anyone any good. The trailer is advertised as brand new, that's definitely not the case, damage on the door and on the awning, the host has equipped the trailer with the cheapest equipment possible, two reusable plastic cups the rest of the plates and cups where single use only, cutlery only enough for 5 guests. The trailers comes with only two camping chairs....for up to 9 guests. The host decided to deliver the trailer to the wrong location, which resulted in me needing to purchase additional RV parking, I ask the host to refund me for the additional cost, which resulted in the host blaming someone else for his mistake. After the end of the rental the host threatened me to keep my security deposit for fake damages, fortunately for me Outdoorsy was faster and released my deposit. If I would be you, keep searching and rent from someone else.

The camper was also meticulously clean and well kept. The overall experience was super easy and seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Raphael again.
