To begin, I would like to acknowledge the owner's accommodation in allowing us to retrieve the trailer a day ahead of our scheduled trip to facilitate our motorcycle loading and early departure. This gesture merits the one-star rating attributed to our experience.However, it was disappointing to discover upon inspection that the trailer was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. Despite our anticipation of a straightforward preparation process, we spent three hours addressing significant cleanliness issues, including pervasive dirt and dust accumulation. The linens and covers required removal and containment due to their unsanitary condition. Additionally, the closets were cluttered with clothing and other items, further detracting from our ability to properly utilize the space. The substandard condition of the bathroom was particularly disconcerting.Our disappointment was compounded when, a mere 20 minutes into our journey, we experienced a tire blowout on I75. Despite attempts to contact the owner for assistance, our calls and texts went unanswered for a while. With safety as our priority, we proceeded to a nearby gas station to seek refuge while we engaged road assistance services. Regrettably, we had to purchase a new tire to ensure our journey's continuity, as relying solely on the spare tire for a 500-mile trip was not a viable option.

Arlen was very responsive and helpful. More than anything we ran into a delivery issue which was our fault and Arlen was extremely patient and helped us get set up in an alternative location. You won’t find a better host. The rig itself was perfect for our family - lots of space and very comfortable. Arlen provided a new Honda generator which ran the aircon and everything we needed. Can’t rate this guy highly enough. Many thanks Arlen!

Great experience renting Arien’s toy hauler. It was exactly as described and he was easy to work with! There was plenty of space for our group and camper was in great condition!
