2004 Concord Coachmen
Cali is a '04 Concord Class B in excellent condition and easy to drive and park anywhere, just the right size at 24ft with 1 slide out. It is ready to roll into the great outdoors to explore and make wonderful memories with your family. All amenities are included generator on board, Fridge/Freezer-Stove top-Microwave/Confection oven-Full size shower- Water heater-Air conditioner - Heater- Back up camera- Large TV and Satellite available with monthly activation fee.
Sleeps 4 w/jack knife couch and conversion dinette.What's includedOur housekeeping kit includes Coffee Pot, Toaster, reusable and disposable (dishes, cups and cutlery) Pots and Pans, Cooking Gadgets, can & wine opener. Cleaning supplies. Aluminum Foil, Saran Wrap, Paper towels, Ziploc bags, dish drying mat, oven mitt and Dish cloths and towels.
4 camping chairs, folding table, outdoor mat and pop up garbage can.

When I am not using my RV I rent it out so that you can enjoy it as well. This is my new RV as I downsized to be able to have one that was easy to drive yet all the comforts that I love.

John and Cathy were amazing, kind and warm and helped us every step of the way. We were coming from the UK to do 7 days as father and son and it was an unforgettable experience for us both. John and Cathy just put the cherry on the cake with how they helped us out at every turn! Thanks guys!!!

Super communicative hosts that were flexible with time for pick up and drop off on our trip made it so much easier for us! RV had all the necessities and then some. My kids loved it!

We were first time RVers and had a great road trip. John and Barbara were amazingly accessible by text and answered all of our questions and concerns while we were on the road. They are the nicest people and we recommend them wholeheartedly.
