Laura and Paul were perfectly attentive, and the RV did just what we needed it to do. I will rent from them again :)

Our experience overall was just OK. At first working with Laura went very well. She communicated in a timely manner and was pleasant and helpful. Everything went sideways one day before we were to pickup the RV. We received a message from Outdoorsy that our camper was switched to a totally different unit. Although this wasn't the end of the world - it was certainly shocking and disappointing. We are first time campers as a family and this was not expected at all. Laura said the original camper was getting exterior repairs, why we didn't know about this until the night before pick up is beyond me. Fast forward to pickup - everything went smooth. The RV was like the pictures but a very rough and loud ride. The entire ride was hot and stuffy in the back as the only air that worked was from the dashboard vents. Not the fun driving experience the kids had imagined as they sweat it out the entire way. We just kept switching spots with eachother to cool off for our 2 hour drive. The camper worked fine once we got it setup with water and electrical at the site. We brought a fan to push the air around and that kept it fairly cool and comfortable. When we hooked up the camper - it said the tanks were 3/4 full. We assumed the gauge was broken since we didn't think we would ever be sent with a camper 3/4 full of sewer/ waste water. Well, on our second day the shower backed up and the toiled stopped flushing. Mind you - we only took 3 short showers and minimal toilet usage (#1 and RV paper). We had to get help from the campground maintenance to get the camper emptied because it filled with sewer gas when we were about to go to bed. This is not only dangerous but gross and the kids were mortified. Luckily we had friends there that took us in from 11PM to 2AM while this all got figured out. They said the tank was completely full and since we had only been there a day - it was clear that the tanks were nearly full when we picked up. Very disappointing and totally unacceptable. Got it emptied and on the last day tried to use toilet and it stopped functioning again. It needs serious attention. Drawers/doors were falling off, no DVD player was present and we depended on this for our young kids, Paul sent a screen tent for us to use - well, there was no screen it it. Although we made the best of the trip - it was incredibly disappointing the condition the camper was in. We will not rent from this place again and would not recommend. I have been trying to reach Laura since we left the campground and she will not respond to any messages. I have requested refunds/discounts for our troubles and she won't respond. I now have to go through Outdoorsy, put this bad review and likely dispute with my credit card company sadly. Not a good way to run a business and treat your customers. Spend the extra money and get a newer, better kept camper from a reputable RV rental company.

This was our first time renting an RV and it was great. We loved that we could take our dogs with us. Paul and Laura were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip.

Paul and Laura were wonderful hosts for our recent RV rental. Communication was excellent, they were friendly and flexible with arrangements for pickup and drop off. The RV itself is a little older and has some signs of wear. The biggest items that I should mentions are the door to the shower and bedroom at the rear do not work. There is an ad-hoc show curtain installed but it is not a great fix. Water pump is a little old and water pressure is not great. Grey water tank takes ages to drain. There is no privacy curtain between the cab and the camper of for the kitchen window.
