RecommendationsAny of the campgrounds in the Great Smoky National Park are wonderful. Note that most do not have electrical hookups, water or showers. Little Arrow, Lazy Daze campground and KOA in Townsend, TN put you right at the entrance of the park and are all within our delivery range. We also like Indian Boundary in the Cherokee National Forest. They provide electrical hookups and you can enjoy a beautiful lake. Some of our favorite camping traditions....
- cooking breakfast outdoors
- cooking dinner using pie irons (provided). There's nothing like a grilled cheese, calzone, or apple pie cooked over the coals of the fire.
- laying in a hammock (provided)
- play games at the picnic table.
Other things to noteRVs do not offer a place to secure a carseat or booster seat so if you have small children, please plan to have an additional vehicle to transport children. If is also not safe to move about an RV in transit but very convenient to stop at rest areas and truck stops to fix a quick meal or take a quick nap!We don't want to keep your security deposit so it's worth noting again...
No Smoking
No unapproved pets
No access to roof.
No festivals.
No tailgating.
No dry camping or Boondocking. You should be camping where you have water, electric and sewer or ability to dump tanks.
Be sure your site accommodates a 31’ RV.
Very important… Be sure you are comfortable driving the rig and understand how all utilities and equipment works before you leave us. We'll spend as much time with you as needed for you to be comfortable. (Or hire us to deliver and set up for you!) Damage to the RV will result in loss of all or a portion of your security deposit (or more.) Mechanical issues due to incorrect use will not result in discounts or refunds. If you want to see the RV or have a test drive prior to booking, let us know. If it is available we are happy to accommodate you. Most of all.... relax and enjoy Weekend Therapy!

We want you to have a great time. We also want you to be safe and to maintain the condition of the RV so others can enjoy it as well. Therefore, we ask that you follow our "Rules of the Road." Failure to follow the rules may result in the loss of some or all of your security deposit to cover repairs or additional cleaning. If you are a rule breaker... you are welcome to run naked through a campground or turn the toilet paper roll so that it has to be pulled from the bottom instead of the top but please refrain from breaking the the following rules.
- No smoking inside the RV. If you are a smoker, you know you should stop anyway. It's just not healthy! :-) This could be the trip to kick the habit and change your life!
- No pets without our approval. We allow up to two housebroken and well trained dogs but no other animals or critters of any kind. We require an additional $100 pet cleaning fee to be paid in advance. Please click the Pet cleaning fee "add on" when reserving the unit.
- No roof access is allowed. The ladder may be tempting. Don't do it!
- Please retract awning when it is windy or high winds are forecasted to avoid damage.
- If you have requested use the canopy or screen room, be sure they are secure during high winds.
- No use of RV for festivals or tailgating.
- You are responsible DO NOT operate the RV while intoxicated. Any damage to the RV due to driving while intoxicated will result in loss of your security deposit and further lawsuit if necessary.
- We have provided lots of extras that we hope you will enjoy during your trip. If you use the last of something (bugspray, first aid items, etc.) please replace it or let us know so we can make sure the next renter has those available to them. If you damage or break something, please let us know when you return.
- Beach towels are provided in lower storage. Please use those for purposes other than bathing. Like going to the beach or the lake or swimming pool for example! Do not use the white towels to clean picnic tables, clean the dog, etc. It makes Momma mad and you know what they say... "When Momma's not happy, nobody's happy!"
- Please return items to the location you find them.

I would leave 10 starts if I could! I would start with Mike and Lori. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was pleasurable. The sense of responsibility and the hospitality they extended is quite amazing. We had an issue with battery terminal coming loose. While I got it fixed quickly, they already planned a backup stay for us. They didn't have to do it. This shows their commitment and integrity!

We really enjoyed our weekend. The RV was easy to drive, even through the mountains. We slept great in the master bed. Everything was provided that we needed! We used the RV for our family reunion in Sneedville, TN. Previously we did pull behinds, but a drive camper was easier! The host were professional, accommodating and provided great instructions. We enjoyed it and would do it again!

Mike & Lori’s answer

Thanks Traci! We’re glad the trip went well. We really enjoyed meeting you and would be happy for you to use it again, anytime!
