Luxurious 40’ fifth wheel "S'more Smoky Mountains?" sleeps four people. Large living area with two slides. Living room has 50” LED Hdtv and home theater system, fireplace, and pull out full size bed. Eat in kitchen has island, solid surface countertops, 18 cubic foot refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner gas stove, and double sink. The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen equipment. Adjoining the kitchen is the butler's pantry/study area with knee space desk and skylight. This area can be closed if privacy is needed. Perfect for bringing your laptop and working remotely while on vacay. Spacious master bedroom with one slide has king bed and ample storage. 32” TV. Bed linens are provided for master/living room pullout. Bathroom has oversize shower with seat, vanity with medicine cabinet, and foot pedal flush porcelain toilet. LED ceiling lights throughout..

Hello! I am Tammy, an Interior Design Consultant located in East Tennessee. My husband and I have been married for 33 years. We are the parents of two grown children, Jonathan and Caitlin. We also have two fur babies, a Maltese, Exie, and a German Shepherd, Rome. I love to travel and purchased the fifth wheel in order to take more trips. Soon after purchasing the fifth wheel I decided to offer my RV on a peer to peer rental platform, and "Got S'mores? RV Camper Rentals" was born. I'm having a great time meeting my guests, and helping them have the most perfect camping experience possible. My all time favorite trip was to England in 2018 where I spent one week in York and two weeks in London. When I am not traveling, I like to spend time with my family and friends, enjoying all the beauty East Tennessee has to offer.

Our experience went very smoothly. Our 5th wheel was already set up when we arrived. Tammy showed us all the ins and outs of the rig and was very nice. When it was time to leave, we packed our things and Tammy was there a few minutes after we left to do the rest. I would highly recommend renting from them.

First and foremost, Tammy and Rocky were outstanding hosts to work with! From start to finish, they were quick and responsive to all our questions and concerns. The delivery, set-up and excellent condition of the RV were as expected and problem free. The decor of the RV was warm and welcoming and created a very homey feeling. We would rate our experience a 10+ and highly recommend renting from Tammy and Rocky for your camping adventure! Thank You Tammy and Rocky for enabling Cindy and I to enjoy our time at Anchor Down and creating a wonderful memory with our family!
