Welcome to our 2022 Keystone Springdale! This unit is 22.8 ft long, dry wt 4069, gross wt 6000, and 570 lb hitch weight. The RV sleeps a MAX of 7 (more comfy w/ 4-6) with 1 Qu bed, 2 double bunks, and dinette bed. Amenities: 2-burner range, a mid-size RV fridge, microwave, BT audio, storage, fully kitted kitchen, coffee pot, toaster, bed linens. The electric awning features LED lights.

***One well-behaved/potty-trained pup up to 30 pounds (max) is welcome (With Prior Approval) for a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture. Any damages caused by pets will be deducted from deposit. Please ASK About Your PET Before Booking
***NO Smoking is allowed in the unit. If there is any evidence of smoking upon return, $250 will be deducted from security deposit
***Gray/black tanks must be drained/flushed before returning. If this is not done, there is a fee of $50 that will be deducted from security deposit
***Tolls charged on the trailer's license plate will be deducted from security deposit
***Awning use is allowed, but if it gets windy, retract it back in so it doesn't get damaged. Damages to the awning will be deducted from the security deposit

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are flexible on pickup and drop-off times as long as we know in advance and do not have a same-day turnaround. If we have a same-day rental later in the day of your return or the rig is being returned the same morning, we cannot offer you a late return or early pickup.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will demonstrate using these features when you pick up or when we deliver. We also provide a detailed description in our Welcome binder in the RV. Additionally, we are available to be reached by phone at any time during your rental if you have questions or need any help.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This is a towable RV, so previous towing experience is helpful. We will demonstrate how to hook up the travel trailer to your tow vehicle and ensure you are comfortable towing it before leaving for your destination. All operable functions inside of the RV will be demonstrated before taking the RV. We also include instructions for all components in our Welcome binder.
Q.What is included in the rental?
A.
We include all bedding, bath and kitchen linens, kitchenware, toilet paper, and general cleaning products. Additionally, there are two camp chairs, a 2x2 camp table, and a large outdoor RV rug. If you are seeking a specific item, please ask :) We will accommodate special requests when we can!
