This Trailer sleeps 8NEW Upgrade: we made all our lives easier and invested in an automatic power hitch system on this unit!One queen bed that can be divided from the the rest and shut off. Memory foam topper added for extra comfortEach bunk is a double and the kitchen table turns into a double as well. Linens and blankets galore provided.What's includedPack you food (Keurig pods for the included Keurig) and clothes and that is it. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware ect. Bring along paper products and save yourself some time.Tv is fully rotating so that you can watch from bed or from the living room. DVD player and fully stocked with games and movies for all ages. Bluetooth speaker system for both indoor and outdoor use.Bathroom has its own sink and toilet as well as a shower/tub combo. Rinse off outside with an outdoor shower as well. Outdoor kitchen allows you to cook outside if you dont feel like being cooped up on the inside kitchen. Another smaller additional fridge is out there that works great as extra space for drinks.Has a LED lighted electronic pull out awning (slide out is electronic as well) and lots of storage under all beds and underneath the front of the trailer. Don’t worry about packing camping chairs or outdoor goodies because this comes with it!2 propane tanks and batteries.Make your life easier and take advantage of the built in vacuum system.Heating and cooling thru out.Pantry cabinets and fridge/freezer have ample space to fill with your favorite camping grub.
The outdoor kitchen includes propane grill, sink with running water, and storage shelf.One Small pet is allowed for an added fee but we ask to keep them off beds/furniture and not be left in the trailer when you are not present in there as well. Large dogs can be discussed with a fee added.We do have a generator available to rent as well. It will add a one time $75 fee to your reservation if u are interested in that option. Generator will run everything aside a/c. Gas tank to generator will b full at pick up, it needs to be returned full as well or you will be charged and a fee will b added.We also have a hitch and sway bar system that can be added onto the reservation if u do not already have one.Cleaning:
trailer will b cleaned and ready for you at your departure. Septic will b empty and both propane tanks and batteries will b filled and charged.
When brought back:
All trash needs to be disposed of, things put back in place, propane/generator filled and septics Empty. If not a $100 fee will be added. There is no separate cleaning fee for this unit. We understand that camping can be dirty, with that said however, if the unit comes back trashed and needs excessive cleaning above the normal you will be charged an overhead cleaning fee.Any date changes or any other subtracting change made to a reservation after booking will incur a $25 fee.Pick up/drop off times have some wiggle room. Please let us know the times u are thinking and we will try and make them work for you! A later return window is available for purchase. Delivery is not available for this rental unfortunately.Required: renters must have previous trailer and hauling experience to be able to rent this unit.Our trailers are equipped with tracking devices due to some large theft we personally have recently had. This is strictly to protect all parties in case of an emergency and only used when needed in circumstances when police are involved.Other things to noteRental Rules
