2022 still brand new. We will deliver within a 25 mile radius of Gulf Shores, AL. We will set it all up and all you have to do is enjoy your stay. Guest is responsible for lot rent as well. Fully furnished with all you need except personals and groceries. 2 TVs, king size bed, Jack knife sofa bed, large shower. Love camping, but don’t have a camper?? Let us help you! What's includedClean linens, towels, dishes and cookwareRecommendationsAnywhere in gulf shores or orange beach area, there are white sands and blue water. Great fishing beaches and amazing restaurants! Lots of entertainment opportunities! Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking or pets in the unit! If there is evidence of smoking or pets in the unit then we will charge a mandatory $350 cleaning fee. If the unit is not clean (other than laundry) as it is clean when you check in then there will be a $150 cleaning charge. Do not remove any of the furnishings. We will move the camper to your spot, set it up, and tear it down when your trip is done. Guests are responsible for lot rent at perspective park plus camper rental.

Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental and the fuel for delivery and retrieval.

Mandy was wonderful and so helpful! We had a previous reservation for another RV that was cancelled 24 hours before our trip so I reached out to Mandy. She instantly responded and accommodated us with very short notice. The camper was lovely and the perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful.
