We bought this rv brand new in 2017 to take family vacations. And it has exceeded all of our expectations. Vary spacious layout with all the comforts of home. We will take the time before every rental to make sure you also feel at home with all the amenities our rv has to offer.- Sleeps up to 10
- King Bed, 2 bunk beds, overhead cockpit full bed, sofa bed, and dinette bed conversion
- 1 full bathroom in master bedroom and 1/2 bath located between master and living room
- 4 indoor TVs located in the living room, master, and each bunk bed
- 1 outdoor TV with stereo speakers for entertainment
- HD Satellite TV included (when satellite is clear from any obstructions)
- Equipped with 2 large solar panels and 4 extra coach batteries for extended off grid use.
- Full size Refrigerator/Freezer with ice maker
- Gas cooktop range and microwave
- Integrated water softener system
- 2 roof top mounted a/c units
- Central heating as well as living room fireplace (electric heater)
- A small assortment of board and card games to playWhat's included- RV delivery and pickup if requested
- Free HD Satellite TV (if no sky obstructions for satellite)
- 2 large comfy camping chairs and additional fold out chairs

There’s a 2 night minimum stay
Discounts
- Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 30% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: $1,500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $120.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Includes 80 gallons fresh water tank fill as well as chemicals applied to all holding tanks. Does not cover extra cleaning.

Have to say that this was a great trip and we had a blast! RV was exactly as described and Mark and his wife were great. RV was extremely clean which has been a problem in the past and everything worked as expected. We had some questions along the way and Mark answered them almost immediately. It is a beautiful RV, very well maintained. Mark went through every last detail before we picked it up and took the time to make sure we understood everything and how it worked. Not flawless just because there is so much to remember, but the manual was available and Mark's rapid response made it as close to flawless as possible. Fantastic experience and we will definitely rent this unit again. Thanks!

Mark and Amanda delivered their beautiful RV to California Ranch in Temecula. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the communication on how the equipment worked. The king sized bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning blew cool air while it was over 100 degrees outside. It was a home away from home. I highly recommend you rent this RV.
