Glamp in style with this luxurious 37 foot Grand Design travel trailer. We have lived the full time RV life and traveled across the country with this RV and have loved every minute of it! This is a great trailer to travel and make memories in! It is perfect for families and is furbaby friendly! The trailer is spacious and comfortable for all, with 3 slide-outs, a private queen bedroom in front and a separate bunk room in the rear. Large living area in the center featuring a fireplace, kitchen island, spacious kitchen, large pantry and ample storage. Spend time outside and enjoy an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, sink and stove while listening to your favorite music on the indoor/outdoor sound system. Rainy day? Too hot outside? No problem! This camper has plenty of room to spread out in and with 3 TV's and separate rooms there is more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable! Sleeping spaces include queen size master bed, queen size pull out couch, 2 twin size bunk beds, 1 single bunk bed, 2 recliners and the fold down dinette table. Can sleep 8 comfortably, more if there are smaller children. Plenty of room and privacy for a family vacation, a friends trip or a couples getaway! This trailer is 37 feet in length. So it is long! And heavy. Dry weight is 8348 lbs. and much heavier with full tanks and personal items inside. Please make sure you have an appropriate tow vehicle to handle the weight, and it must also have a trailer braking system. Most half ton trucks and up can handle this. Be sure to check your vehicle specs. We will provide a weight distribution hitch system with sway bars. We require towing experience to be able to pull the camper. First timer towers not recommended! We will include walkie talkies for help while you are parking and backing into spaces.Make your trip stress free! Let us deliver and set up for you. You can just show up and relax without all the work! Enjoy your time and when you are ready to pack up, we'll return and breakdown and pick up the rig. Waste disposal included in delivery fee. Fee varies on distance. When booking for delivery, choose stationary rental for a less expensive insurance rate.No one likes rules! But we do have a few to make sure you, us and the rig are safe!
We want everyone to love traveling in this trailer and have as much fun as we always have!
-No festivals! Sorry!
-We love our fur babies and think they should go on family camping trips too! We just ask that you are a responsible pet owner and clean up after them and ask that they stay off furniture to avoid any damage. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if there is an excess of dog fur or mess.
-Only dogs allowed. No cats, rodents, bunnies, monkeys, birds or reptiles, zebras, lions, tigers, bears... oh my!
-We have a very strict no smoking policy. Please, no smoking in our rig. If there is evidence of smoking inside you will lose ALL of your deposit.
-Active use of awning is allowed, just use common sense! If you go inside, go to bed or leave the campsite, please bring it in. Even the smallest amount of wind can do great damage to an awning and they are absurdly expensive to repair!
-Please do not go on the roof! We don't want anything to happen to you or to the sensitive roofing material!
-Please dump all waste water and sewage (black tank first, grey tank second). Dumping fee may be applied if tanks are returned not emptied. If you don't want to deal with dirty and stinky side of glamping, we understand! Just add on a waste disposal option and we will do it for you and take the stink out of your trip! Or if you are having us deliver it then this is included!
-Use pressure regulator for water inlet.
-Refill propane tanks.
-If you are adding on the generator for use, due to the high cost of fuel , you are responsible for paying for fuel. It is a dual fuel generator so it uses either propane or gas. If you would like we can arrange to have a supply of gasoline for the generator, just select the gasoline option under add-ons. The generator will be supplied with a full tank, and with add-on our gas can will hold an additional 5 gallons.
-If you are unable to refill propane, gas or do a dump, or you just don't want to deal with it, we may take the cost of refills and/or dumping out of your security deposit.
-Please help keep it clean inside. Treat it as you would your own home! An additional cleaning fee may be applied if unit is returned in an excessively dirty state.
We will provide a complete walk through, orientation and any necessary training on systems usage upon pick up or delivery. And of course, we will be available by phone during your entire trip to help you through any hiccups or questions that may arise! What's includedWe try to provide you with all the essentials you will need to enjoy your trip. If you have questions about something specific don't hesitate to ask!Let us take one more thing off your prep list! We can stock your fridge and pantry for you! RecommendationsTennessee is beautiful and has so much to offer! We don't get out to explore as much as we would like to, but our favorites are Cumberland Mountain state park and Defeated Creek campground. Two Rivers Campground is in the heart of Nashville and gives you close access to everything. Of course, the smokies are only a few hours away! And don't forget how close so many other states are, or even the beach! But with all the gorgeous lakes, river and mountains nearby you don't even need to leave Tennessee to have an unforgettable get away!Other things to note

Meet your host, Matthew

Hi! I am Matt, my fiance Ashley and I live just outside of Nashville with our two dogs, cat and foster kitten! We love traveling and exploring the great outdoors. We lived the full time RV life for three years before settling in Nashville to be closer to family. Our travels were mostly the Pacific Northwest and the west coast but we did a 3 month long cross country trip and loved every second of it! We kinda fell into the RV life by accident but once we did we never looked back! We hope you enjoy traveling and making memories in our RV as much as we do!

My experience was amazing! From the beginning to the end. As soon as I inquired about the rental, Matt responded very fast and answered all my questions. Everything we needed was already furnished. They had it fully stocked with everything you would need for a trip. All we had to do was buy food. It is very nice and spacious inside and met all our needs. I recommend anybody to rent from Matt because it was a great experience for us. We will definitely rent again.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will try to be as flexible as possible. We do work in the evenings so pick-ups and deliveries will have to be in the morning unless we can schedule for a day off. we have found that if you book a campground for the night before you want to arrive then we can deliver early in the am on the day of your arrival and you will have a full day. This works great especially for campgrounds that have later check in times.

Q.Is this camper available for festivals?
A.
Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering rentals for festivals.
