Enjoy your home away from home in our 2020 Grand Design Imagine 3100 RD! It features 2 slides in the rear living area for open space. The two tri-fold sofas will be the perfect sleeping space for your guests or the kids. Theater seating with Heat & Massage is directly across from the 50" TV and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen w/ 3 burner cooktop, microwave, Breville Smart Oven Pro, & Breville 'Grind & Brew' coffeemaker. Dine comfortably with the freestanding table & chairs. This RV features a full bath with a linen closet & skylight. Front queen bedroom with Premium Memory Foam Mattress, TV & lots of closet space! Setup is a breeze with electric stabilizer jacks (no hand cranking needed!) and electric tongue jack for easy hitch & disconnect.
***Optional 3500W Generator Available FOR 'OFF-Grid' Camping***

This is the 2nd time renting this trailer and Adrian has been great both times. He is flexible, thorough in explaining how to use it, extremely helpful in hooking up the hitch, and very responsive to messages. I hope I can rent it again.

Great 3-day rental with Adrian and his beautiful camper trailer. He was very flexible on pick-up/drop-off times, and like any owner appreciates good communications. He was quick to answer texts in the middle of the trip. The camper was very clean and was a great base camp for our group. The kitchen had the right amount of stuff (utensils, pots/pans, paper goods, etc.) to augment what I brought. At pick-up Adrian was very thorough at going through how to hitch-up and operate the camper. Overall a great experience and I hope I rent it again next year.

We picked up the trailer and the owner said that everything was in shipshape but yet the tail light in the back left was not working, the tires needed air, my partner was shocked by the stabilizer. The RV was electrified by the short in the circuit. The lights were flickering inside the cabin on several occasions. In addition, the TV fell off the wall, as did the bungee cord holding it on and there is no remote for the TV in the bedroom.

Facts:
- I did NOT charge your security deposit for waste tanks being full, as I confirmed you returned the RV with tanks emptied (I took RV to local dump station on my way to deliver to next renter - nothing came out when I opened the valve).
- I had a certified RV tech inspect the RV Tuesday 8/10 (2 days after your return). There was no electrical issue - you had somehow tripped the GFI breaker on the outlet in the bathroom. There was no 'live electricity' outside of the RV wiring.
- I have video evidence that the left rear brake / turn signal light is functioning correctly (I plugged the RV into MY tow vehicle after you returned the RV). The issue was with YOUR TOW VEHICLE. I submitted this date/time stamped video evidence of the functioning light to Outdoorsy Customer Support on Monday 8/9 at 1:55pm EDT after having spoken with Riley @ Outdoorsy Customer Support.
- You did NOT send Google Maps info to me - I don't believe the Outdoorsy platform allows that and WE ONLY COMMUNICATED VIA OUTDOORSY PERSISTENT CHAT- Outdoorsy Customer Support has full access to the persistent chat (Outdoorsy website and Outdoorsy mobile app) and there is NO reference to your GPS/Google Maps location in ANY of your communications.

The following is the written summary of events I provided to Outdoorsy Customer Support (via email 1:55pm EDT) on Monday 8/9/2021:
Hello Outdoorsy Support Team – I had an online chat this morning with Riley, who advised me to send email w/ my supporting documentation re: poor experience w/ renter for most recent booking – Booking ID 3286710.
- I did NOT charge your security deposit for waste tanks being full, as I confirmed you returned the RV with tanks emptied (I took RV to local dump station on my way to deliver to next renter - nothing came out when I opened the valve).
- I had a certified RV tech inspect the RV Tuesday 8/10 (2 days after your return). There was no electrical issue - you had somehow tripped the GFI breaker on the outlet in the bathroom. There was no 'live electricity' outside of the RV wiring.
- I have video evidence that the left rear brake / turn signal light is functioning correctly (I plugged the RV into MY tow vehicle after you returned the RV). The issue was with YOUR TOW VEHICLE. I submitted this date/time stamped video evidence of the functioning light to Outdoorsy Customer Support on Monday 8/9 at 1:55pm EDT after having spoken with Riley @ Outdoorsy Customer Support.
- You did NOT send Google Maps info to me - I don't believe the Outdoorsy platform allows that and WE ONLY COMMUNICATED VIA OUTDOORSY PERSISTENT CHAT- Outdoorsy Customer Support has full access to the persistent chat (Outdoorsy website and Outdoorsy mobile app) and there is NO reference to your GPS/Google Maps location in ANY of your communications.

Excellent experience all around renting from Adrian. The camper was clean and comfortable for my family of four. For Summer 2021, rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in delivery / pickup 3pm. Check out / return by 11am.
Q.The (sewer) holding tanks are full & I don't have access to dumping facilities.

To run the RV's air conditioner, YOU MUST PLUG INTO MINIMUM 30 AMP OUTLET - USING THE RV'S POWER CORD!!!!
