Our camper on books can sleep 10 but 6-8 extremely comfortable. There is a queen bed In the front of the unit with close able walls for privacy, a couch that folds out to a bed as well as a dinette that folds down to a bed. I’m the rear next to the bathroom Is bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a couch with it’s own TV. A TV in the front queen bedroom as well that turns for a mirror as well. Blankets and sheets provided, must bring own pillows! Pots, pans, toilet paper, cooking utensils included. Air conditioning is ice cold as well as the refrigerator and freezer! Cody was very accommodating with the delivery and set up. It ended there. After he left and we went into the unit, we found it to be dirty and appeared that it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom sink had soap stains, the medicine cabinet had personal items in it, the tub drain had hair in it, the floor was dirty, the stove was filthy and very little of the listed equipment was there. (No camp chairs, minimal silverware or other items). There was crayons and junk on the floor and in open cabinets. We texted Cody and he stated he stated the unit was clean and the stove dirt was from the cleaning of the top. I had to deep clean the unit before I could use it. Then to make matters worse we returned on Saturday night to find the heater not working. I check and both tanks are empty as I cannot even light the stove. I texted him in the morning. He did not address this issue. When he came to pick up the unit I told him again about the propane. He looked and me and told me that one tank was full and the other half full. There is no way that that could be true. Never offered a refund or even an apology for anything. I would not recommend renting this unit and I have pictures to show how bad it was.
