This rig is a prefect weekend getaway even if you need it for a longer stay.This is a brand NEW 2023 Heartland Pioneer BH250 30 AMP service, water, power, sewage and cable TV hookups. There are also speakers indoors & outdoor under the awning.Non-smoking indoors & no pets of any kind to keep it in prefect conditions for everyone to enjoy using this rig for many years to come!Has so much for you & your family to enjoy your camping experience! Only thing you you need to pack is personal hygiene care, clothes, shoes, get groceries. We have everything else here & no extra add on charges to use what we have such an amazing deal huh?Please note Only offering delivery at this time to ensure the camper gets to you in great condition & set it up for you.
