RV was exactly as described - clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communications w/ hosts were great and timely. Unit has two heat sources....a furnace that runs on propane and an electric fire place. Propane was easy to refill, as the tanks are removable. We didn't use many of the amenities the unit has to offer - but all were in great shape. Would rent again if the need arose.

Lacey and Arnold were outstanding hosts! There camper was clean and ready to go. We had an unfortunate situation as I was pulling the camper forward to finish hooking up and the grey water drain snapped! Lacey was mortified but Arnold and I got that bad boy fixed up after a few hours and I was on my way. They were great and refunded me a night due to the delay. When I returned, Arnold met me at a local camp ground to show me how to drain the waste tanks. That was much appreciated as I had never done it before. As I told them, their camper was great and I enjoyed using it. They were awesome hosts and I would definitely rent from them again!
