2011 Storm Storm Motorhome
Class A Fleetwood motorhome which is the bunk house model, sleeps 7-8 maximum, and has seatbelts for 9 passengers. Motorhome was (2) Queen beds, (2) Twin beds, (2) recliners, and a convertible dinette.Main Living area has two recliners, dinette seating for 4, a flat screen TV and DVD player/Radio. A drop down queen bed with air mattress is above the driver/passenger seats. the TV swivels between the "bedroom" and living area. A curtain can be installed for privacy.Kitchen features stove with gas cooktop, microwave/hood combo, sink, fridge and ample storage for food. Kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies(pots, pans, utensils), plates, cups, silverware, and a K-Cup coffee machine.Bunkhouse area has second dinette providing additional seating for 2 or a nice work area, which converts to a bed and overhead bunk. Bunkhouse area also has a 19” TV which can be viewed from dinette or beds. Bunk house area is not private however curtains are available to hang from roof to provide a private sleeping area.Bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet.Back bedroom is private with Queen bed, 19” TV and wardrobe with ample storage.Motorhome has two slides to provide ample space.What's included* Small selection of basketballs, footballs under the RV for outdoor family time. Rudisill Rentals is a small family owned RV rental business. We enjoy the RV lifestyle and want to share that experience with others. We have been camping since 2015, and started out with a pop up, and eventually moved up to a Class A. We enjoy traveling and the memories we gain by spending time together.

• NO SMOKING, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. A penalty fee of $600 plus the actual professional remediation costs will be assessed.
•Waste tanks shall be emptied prior to return or a dump fee of $100 will be assessed.
• RV must be returned cleaned "rental" ready (cleaned & in same condition as picked up in) to avoid a cleaning fee of up to $500 (assessed at $60/hour).
• Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, while in renters' possession.
• You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
• If there is a mechanical failure or problem, renter should call roadside assistance number provided and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS W/O OWNER APPROVAL. Out of pocket expense for repairs required, which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance must be approved by owner in advance for reimbursement consideration. Renter will need to supply any/all receipts as documentation.
• Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility.
• Owner will provide a renter's manual & Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA), by e-mail upon booking. This manual provides instruction for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. SRA is considered primary contract and is a detailed outline of rules & responsibilities contained here and in the Outdoorsy terms & conditions, to make sure expectations from both parties are clear.

A+. Jordan is very thorough and professional. His RV is in great condition and provided plenty of room for 7 of us to travel comfortably to Michigan from Pennsylvania, where we picked it up. We did not sleep/stay in the RV, but had we done so there are plenty of beds for everyone. Of note, Jordan has added some features to the RV to make it easier to drive. The stabilizer bars take sway out and gave it a very tight feel on the road. I have rented/driven an RV before, but it was more than 10 years ago. However, within an hour I felt very comfortable at the wheel and we were cruising along to our destination. Couple of notes - Jordan had 4 charis and a tent that he let us use. The RV has three TVs, all inside, plus a speaker outside. The fridge worked well as did the bathroom. (We did not use the shower.) Overall we loved it and will rent again next adventure.

Jordan is the best when it comes to service and knowledge. He responded immediately to my messages. You can not ask for better customer service. The RV work great for our family trip. We purchased more miles to be able to travel more than 100 miles per day. Jordan take excellent care of his equipment and and everything was in clean and working order for our trip.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Generally pickup and drop offs should be planned in the afternoon around between 4:00 and 7:30 PM. However, arrangements can be made for a more desirable time if advance notice is given. We can also make arrangements to do the pre-trips the evening before so guests can make the most of their travel day!
Q.Are Stationary Rentals available.
A.
Stationary rentals are available, and nightly rate is reduced by $65 per night due to lower wear/tear on vehicle and no mileage is included with these rentals.
