Has 1 queen bed with clean sheets and pillows. 2 sofa beds and also room to put an air mattress if needed. Has bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and comes 3 clean bath towels. Kitchen has Silverware, pots, double sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven and stove with 3 burners. Has electric wires and holes for full connections. 41 gal fresh water tank, and 2 full propane tanks. Also comes with outside awning and Bluetooth radio with in and outside speakers. And 32 inch smart Tv.

The trailer was very large, nice, and accommodating to many people. Shower was large and very hot water. Beds were nice. The owners could not have been any nicer, more helpful, or accommodating. They were great to work with.
