Trailer sleeps family of 5 comfortably with a private rear bedroom. Rear bedroom has a queen size bed. Dinette converts into a full and sofa pulls out to a twin.
Trailer is equipped with stove, microwave with convection oven, Keurig, fridge and freezer, large kitchen sink, heating and air, fantastic fan in rear bedroom ceiling, tv in living room and tv in rear bedroom. This trailer has two entries. One in the rear bedroom and one in the kitchen area. Black out shades on all windows help provide a great night sleep. DVD and radio in living room with speakers on the inside and outside. Toilet and shower is separate from the bathroom sink which is a great feature so that some one can use the restroom but the sink is still able to be used.
Outdoor awning with awning lights and separate porch light. Electric jacks on all four corners to get you level with ease.
The dinette is on a slide out which makes the inside very spacious.
This trailer has every feature that you could ask for. We hope you enjoy our home away from home. What's includedFully stocked with everything you will need for an amazing camping trip. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Wake up and make your favorite coffee in the new Keurig and cook your favorite meals with all the available spices in the spice rack.
Having a get together ? Large bowls, cutting boards, koozies and small charcuterie board available.
In the living room area there is a tv with a bunch of DVDs and also a cable for local tv.
If your looking for something other then tv, board games and card games are also available.
RV safe toilet paper and cleaning supplies ( swifter, Dustbuster, broom, cleaning wipes ) and paper towels included.
Rear bedroom comes with all bedding and 2 pillows. Upon request, sheets can be provided for the sofa sleeper and dinette for an additional $25. Pillows will need to be provided for those beds.
Beach and bath towels also can be provided upon request for an additional $30.Tons of comfort items are also provide for outside.
Outdoor rug and mats, 4 chairs, outdoor trash can, tables, decorations to make your camp your own festive fun retreat. If someone is chilly there is a heated throw that is provided that can be plugged in outside as well.
Small bbq with one camping propane tank included. Long bike lock to lock your bikes up at night also available. RecommendationsOne of our favorite places is NewPort dunes in Newport Beach CA. It has tons of fun activities for adults and kids and tons of toys that can be rented like paddle boards, kayaks and Duffy boats. Bikes trails around town or around the bay are a fun way to enjoy the camp ground.If you more of a mountain person, we enjoy Vail lake in Temecula CA. They have a cute market and store with anything you may have forgotten, restaurant and bar and also actives for the kids. Spots are very spacious and there is so much to explore. We are a mother-daughter team that enjoys the camping life. I am Liz the mother and my daughter is Alyssa. I have 3 grandchildren, 2 girls, and a fur baby grandchild Winston. We enjoy going to the beach, river, and the mountains. Some of our local favorite spots to visit would be Newport Dunes in Newport Beach CA, Vail lake in Temecula, CA, and Big Bear Lake, CA. For the further trips, we enjoy going to the river (Havasu, Parker, Needles) and also Mammoth during the summer and winter. Prior to owning this trailer, we had a 32 ft class A Monoco motorhome that we made a ton of memories in. Please feel free to reach out with any questions that you may have :)
