"Silver Lining" has everything to offer for a fun, carefree get-a-way! It is just perfect for a well deserved retreat & recharge whether you are solo camping, a couple, small family, or maybe planning a guys or ladies trip! This practically brand new camper features comfy bedding with an upgraded memory foam full size mattress, dinette that converts to a twin bed, fully equipped kitchen with a three burner gas stove top, microwave/convection oven, fridge & freezer, additional outdoor Coleman propane grill, air conditioning & heating, TV/DVD player, wifi booster, bluetooth indoor/outdoor stereo, electric awning, LED lighting, loads of storage, and more! This unit has solar onboard and a 35 gallon fresh water tank. It also has a Jack-it bike rack!
Rest assured, the camper will be thoroughly sanitized and cleaned prior to your departure. Weight is approximately 4000 lbs. and can be pulled by most full-sized SUVs and trucks. (Vehicle must be rated to tow at least 5000 lbs.)Delivery and set up for an additional fee is an option depending on dates and location. Maximum delivery distance is 70 miles. Twin Falls, The Great Falls, Burgess Falls, and Fancher Falls just to name a few! It is a fantastic area to hike and kayak. Another best kept secret is Pickett State Park in Jamestown, TN. It is an accredited International Dark Sky Park for phenomenal star-gazing and home to beautiful Arch Lake. There are also fantastic hiking trails (Ladder Trail is a must do!). The Great Smoky Mountains, Pisgah National Forest, and Big South Fork are also wonderful places to visit! My favorite by far is Fall Creek Falls, a Tennessee treasure that should not be missed!Other things to noteNo pets and No smoking inside the camper.

Both Ann and the camper were terrific!! The camper was very clean and outfitted with most every necessity. Ann provided a detailed operational run down on the unit ahead of pick up date. She had it ready to go as scheduled. It was obvious the camper is one of her pride and joys. Appropriate disposal of gray and black water was renter's responsibility as standard prior to return. We swept out the camper and cleaned used dishes also. Unforcasted weather caused a somewhat shortened rental period; no fault of Ann's. Three grown men did feel slightly "cramped" inside due to the unexpected steady rain during times anticipated to being outdoors. Highly recommended for a pair of novice campers or any couple looking to get away for some time.

We rented Ann's RV for a week of camping in North Carolina national parks, and could not imagine a better experience. Ann provides EVERYTHING you need and even some things you didn't know you needed!!! The camper is like new and spotless. She gave us very detailed instructions on how to use everything and was always available via text if we had any questions. Already thinking of where we can go on our next vacation near her (we live several states away), so we can rent her RV again!

Excellent experience renting from Ann! Communication was quick and detailed. Ann provided a detailed FaceTime call to review her trailer. Ann’s trailer was very clean and she provides everything needed. Pick up and drop off location could not have been easier. Perfect rental for our trip to Cades Cove.
