This RV features a full size private master bedroom with queen bed as well as bunk beds, a couch that folds into a bed, an over cab bed. There are indoor/outdoor speakers and five TV's, including one outside. It has a microwave, mid-size fridge/freezer, double sink and a gas range with an oven in the kitchen.We do not provide linens/Towels, but we do offer them as an add-on if you would like for us to provide them.All renters must empty the holding tanks before returning the RV or a $100 fee will be charged.Bed 1 = Queen

We are brothers Scott and Greg who along with our wives love the outdoors. Scott purchased their first camper in 2015 and immediately fell in love with being able to explore the outdoors while still having the comfort that a camper offers. They enjoyed their outdoor adventures so much that they purchased another camper in 2020 to better fit the size of their family. One evening we came up with the idea that we needed to give others the opportunity to explore the outdoors in comfort. We decided to start offering our campers for rent, so others can enjoy the same excitement that we have. We love helping families experience the adventures of camping and traveling!

No Climbing on the roof. No Smoking in the unit. The powered awning is a non-insurable item. If the awning is broken upon return, the cost to repair will be taken out of renter deposit. If the damages are in excess of the deposit. The renter will be responsible for the remainder.

Honestly, the condition of the RV wasn't close to what the photos on this site showed. The RV in the listing looks brand new, everything clean and in pristine condition. However the RV is very rough. The exterior is flaking paint and sun damaged, the interior was filthy, vinyl completely flaking off to the point where there are multiple areas the vinyl on the seats doesn't even exist. My family all had flakes of vinyl on them from riding in this. The table was missing screws from it, so one side of it wasn't even secured to the base.
