Double your living area with our Awning Room.What's includedFresh linens for the bed. 2 Directors Chairs and a loveseat take care of your sitting needs. We include 2 camping tables as well. RecommendationsCamping in the 511XS is amazing. It is capable of going pretty much anywhere. Feel free to adventure further back on that forest road than you normally would. Set up camp and enjoy nature.Other things to noteWe do not allow our campers to be rented for Music Festivals or other events like that. We ask that you treat the camper like it was your best friends. We have seen how some people treat their own stuff, so we ask you treat better than you would your own items.

- Security deposit: $750.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $29.00. Our Prep Fee includes 2 Propane Tanks of propane along with Water and clean linens. It does not cover general cleaning of the camper prior to your return.
