Jeremy is so sincere, helpful and informative. Takes calls all hours for issues and quirks for novice RVers. Someone broke the RV we were supposed to rent, and he let us use his personal RV for the same price. We both were flexible and it was easy.

Jeremy is definitely a nice guy and we had a great memories with this RV.
Many space, a good bedding and pretty easy to drive
BUT many things were not working like the vehicle power adapter and pop up stores which are burnt by the sun. The sofa is not available and the slides must be pushed to get out. Both car arm sets are unusable. Everything must be manipulated with care.
When we took the RV the Engine AC was not working , we reached 96F many times inside.
Be aware that you are not supposed to drive more than 55M/h (it’s written in the middle of the contract)
We went through most of the National parks but driving in the mountains is a challenge with this beast!
One of the pop up stores broke and opened in the middle of the highway, burnt by the sun and finally we broke the stairs, I don’t know how..
Then if you want to use this RV I would recommend to drive in one place and to stay several days, not driving a lot.
At the end we did it, more than 2500miles ( yes good to know every miles more is 0.45$)

The RV exceeded our expectations. It’s large and spacious and very easy to use. Full of amazing features. It really does feel like a home on wheels. Great for families with kids as the bunk beds are a lot of fun. Also very easy to drive and easy to turn for such a large RV

It was a very roomy RV. It handled our party of 7 quite nicely. It's a slightly older vehicle with some wear and tear that one should expect, but you can tell that it's very lovingly maintained. Apparently, the owner uses it quite frequently for his family, so he invests a lot of effort to keep it nice. I could say that the owner, Jeremy, is a "nice guy," but that would be too much of an understatement. He is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met! He was extremely helpful in explaining the various functions of the rig before I took it out. Once, when we ran out of electricity and the batteries died (which I should add was the fault of the RV park, not the RV), he stayed with me on the phone for a considerable time to talk me through a solution.
