Other things to noteWe will provide a thorough walk through, operating instructions and safety instructions when you pick up.We do allow small pets for a flat fee of $75 and an additional $150 deposit, per pet, at the time of booking.. No unpotty trained dogs - no dogs allowed to be left unattended in RV or allowed on the furniture.Pick-up Time: 9am the day of rental and we are more than will to be flexible if time permits. Can not say enough good things about Mark as a host and this RV! Our family took a 2 week trip after having no experience with RVs whatsoever. Mark was incredibly helpful in making sure we were prepared and had everything we needed for the trip. He was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. As for the RV, it was perfect! Our family of 4 lived out of there very comfortably for 2 weeks and truly had the trip of a lifetime together exploring national parks. I would recommend, if you’re able, to have a smaller car available to you for easier transportation. However if that’s not possible, this RV drives like a dream. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a great RV experience and I hope we get the opportunity to rent from Mark again.

If you have the means and are considering the trip and this RV is available, agonize no further and make this your selection. Perfect for your family 4-5 and 6 (if younger). Mark has done such a brilliant job of providing a clean and well-outfitted RV you will have nothing to worry over and everything will be set up for a great time. The design touches are there too so that not only will you have all the tools needed but you have luxury accommodations and amenities. My only caution is only rent if you promise to care for it, as it has been so well taken care of.
We did 1100+ miles in the mountains of Colorado and in New Mexico with no issues. Mechanically the vehicle is very sound and very easy to drive even for a novice. Know your limits and be aware and you’ll be fine. We ascended and descended mountain passes with no concerns. Obey posted speeds.
Mark always communicated well with any questions before and after our trip. During our trip Mark has a partner, Drew, who was “vacation concierge” he checked us in, showed us everything at start and was our contact during the trip and at turn in. Drew was perfect in this role, no nonsense, made us feel comfortable and answered the couple text questions we had in very short order. Never did we feel we were bothering them and both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with.
Such a well stocked and easy RV, we were sad when our trip was over. We truly had an incredible time and in large part because of what we hoped the RV experience could be. Mark and Drew provide that. Thanks again gentlemen.

We had a great time leaf peeping in southern Colorado. Marks RV was amazing. Everything about our experience with Mark and Drew was first class. The RV was beautiful and very clean. It had EVERYTHING we needed and then SO many extras. IT WAS THE PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME FOR 4 nights. Literally all we needed was our clothes and food. We will definitely rent this RV again.

Mark and his team were awesome! They were communicative, clear and responsive. The process was streamlined and organized, practically seamless. Q.Should the sewage valve be open or closed while hooked up at the RV Park?
A.
The valve to drain the black and gray tanks should always be closed anytime you aren't actively emptying the tanks. Keeping the valve open will allow the liquids to drain and the solids will not properly break down. This is a situation you want to avoid!
Q.What's the trick to getting the power cord properly attached to the coach?
A.
BEFORE CONNECTING ANY POWER TO THE RV, BE SURE THE CIRCUIT BREAKER AT THE PARK PEDESTAL IS OFF. To plug the power cord into the coach, you'll plug it in and then turn it slightly to the right to secure it. At that point, you can tighten the plastic nut around the plug. To unplug the unit, turn the plastic nut to the left until it's no longer attached to the coach. Then you'll turn the plug slightly to the left and pull to release the power cord.
Q.What amp service is available in your RV and is there anything I need to know when plugging the unit in?
A.
The coach provides a 30 amp service. Before connecting power to the RV, ensure that the circuit breaker at the pedestal is in the OFF position. First, plug one end of the power cord into the RV and then make the final connection at the circuit panel. Once both ends are plugged in, you can then turn the circuit breaker to the ON position. The power readout in the Convenience Center will then indicate "30 Amp Service".
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Normal pickup time is 9:00 am or later the day of your rental, and the drop-off time is no later than Noon on the day you return. If you would like to pick the RV up earlier on the day of your rental, we will always try to accommodate you. We also offer prior day pick up after 6 pm for an additional charge and subject to availability. To pick up the night before, you must agree to add a day of insurance to your rental.
