This is a very beautiful bunkhouse. It was manufactured out of the Midwest Region so it brings a unique layout to the West Coast. Inside you’ll find a stove, microwave and oven. If you have any questions please let me know. What's includedThe unit will be supplied with Plasticware, paper plates, pot/pan and cooking utensils. It will also come with a coffee maker, numerous board games and linen for the main queen bed. All other bedding should be brought by renters.

After renting a RV myself, and loving it, I bought our first trailer in 2017. I immediately fell in love with camping. Bringing the family together around the campfire, getting away and unplugging from it all. I decided to begin renting ours out in 2018 to allow other families to make their own memories. I have since added more units to my fleet and look forward to being able to help your family as well. Please contact me with any questions you may have. Dumping Fee - $50 If holding are not empty upon return.
Pet Fee - $200 If eveidence of pet without prior approval.
Cleaning Fee - $250 If returned excessively dirty.
No smoking - $500 Depsoit will be forfieted if evidence of smoking in unit.
Fresh Water Tank - The fresh water tank is not meant to be used as drinking water. Bring separate drinking water.

The hosts were great to work with on this trip. Joni and her husband were very informative as we were planning for this trip. The trailer was perfect for our family of 4. This trailer has everything that you need for a short or long trip. We will definitely be renting from them again when we come back down to the central coast.
