A full size bed with a fresh set of sheets.
Towels, pillows, plates, silverware, and chairs for two.
Pots, pans, and all necessary cookware.
A camping stove with 2 cans of propane, as well a tea kettle!
Plenty of storage for clothes, food, skateboards, and your suitcases, if necessary.
A working sink.
Fully functional cooler-style fridge, disguised under the bed!
There are two fans in the roof. These spin either way to help with air flow. RecommendationsFatty Sage has been all over the country and is excited to explore more of the western states.Parking can be tough anywhere. To avoid a cop-knock at 3am, check out freecampsites.net or download the app iOverlander for more information on places to park in the area you’re looking to stay. Always feel free to ask us any questions in the meantime!Other things to noteBeing a DIY van, Fatty Sage has some important quirks to note…The sink water empties into a jug. This must be emptied DAILY! There are two jugs that the water comes from, when one is empty, dump the gray water. You will need to refill these jugs yourself if you run out. We fill the first round for you! We also recommend that you do not drink this water. We will have a tub of specific drinking water for you in a separate container.The sliding door must be closed with just enough force, or it may cause you trouble. Make sure it locks. This is important for everyone’s safety, inside the van and when you’re gone! We do provide a wheel and tire lock in case of theft. Please use if not in the vehicle!
The back doors must be closed with force as well or the backup camera will stay on. Not so fun!Please no smoking! The van wood will absorb that and we do not want the smell. We appreciate your compliance!Fatty Sage will not fit in a parking garage. Please be aware of her height and make sure to PARK ON THE STREET!💓

- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $80.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Water refill, laundry, car washes, and general cleaning.

Sydney was wonderful, great host, super clean van and really communicative. She walked us through the van before departure, which was REALLY user friendly, and met us on time for drop off. Thanks again, will def rent again
