We had a great experience! Our host was very accommodating and the RV was very clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely rent from them again!

Worst experience ever. Will never use this company or its RV rentals again. They will not protect you, they will not provide help for you if stranded, they don’t care if the owner hasn’t done the required maintenance on their RVs. Was left stranded with two blown tires due to the negligence of its owner, along with hubs that had no grease, and multiple other problems. The master door was falling off when we opened the slide up to which the owner blamed my party. You could clearly see the nails that had been put into the siding to try to hold it up from previous times where it had been broken. Outdoorsy customer service is not US based and their people will hang up on you. They could care less if you’re on the side of a highway with semis and cars flying by you at 80 mph in the middle of the night.

There are definitely two sides to every story. I unfortunately rented our camper to a group of young men who know very little about towing and even less about what to do if you get a flat tire. I will not go into details but I can assure any perspective renter that our camper is meticulously maintained. It is unfortunate that Ian and myself both had a terrible experience with this rental. All we can do is move forward and get excited for our next adventure.

Camping experience was great and I will definitely consider them for the future. Only downside is the refrigerator inside wasn’t working but overall a wonderful experience!!!
