2019 Keystone RV Hideout
The GEM (Go, Explore More) is ready for your next adventure. Our camper will comfortably fit 6 adults and is fully equipped for your next memorable getaway. As we are taller than most, we have made a couple revisions to accommodate a more comfortable experience. The dinette and scissor couch have been replaced with a twin-size bed (with a trundle underneath) to allow for more folks on the couch. Additionally, both twins together provide a king-size bed option, should you prefer it. A folding table and benches are provided to best fit your needs as they can be used inside, outside (should you decide to dine alfresco) or folded to create more space inside when not in use.With sufficient notice/availability, we are happy to reduce any potential setup stress by delivering the camper to your rented campsite.
*** Please note, the renter is responsible for any park/venue entrance fees where the camper is being delivered***What's included• 1 full propane tanks
• Beds: queen (1), full bunks (2), twin (2) - encased mattresses and pillows. **Linens are an add-on**
• Kitchen: single-serve coffee maker, French press, electric water kettle, electric skillet, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pot/pans, baking sheet, hot pads, paper towel roll, dish soap, dish rag/sponge, trash bag, reusable zip lock bags and ice-cube tray
• Bathroom: RV toilet paper (2 rolls) and hand soap
• Cleaning supplies: broom/dustpan
• Outdoor Items: outdoor rug, 3 chairs, pop-up table.
• Additional items: lantern, first aid kit, toolbox, marshmallow sticks (2), bbq utensils Recommendations
Other things to note• No pets, smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. If there is evidence of animals/smoking/drugs (including odor), your security deposit will be forfeited.
• No food or debris is to go down the sinks (this will cause a backup and result in a fee to the renter to fix).
• Both waste tanks (grey and black) must be emptied prior to returning. If not emptied and the $75 add on was not selected at the time of reservation, a $100 charge will be added.
• Please return the camper in the condition in which it was received. A charge, in addition to the original prep fee, may be assessed should excessive cleaning be required.
• Awning should be retracted when not being used (including retiring for the evening) or during strong winds/storms.
• ONLY RV toilet paper should be flushed.
• Please save cooking foods with strong aromas (such as bacon, fish, curries, etc.) for outside using the electric skillet provided.
• If you're not at a full-hook up campsite, please be sparing with the water and use the bathhouse on location.
• We recommend you bring bottled water for fresh drinking water.

We had an amazing experience with the Gem from beginning to end of the trip. Everything went smoothly and as expected . More than happy with the camper and it’s owners :) 10/10 would recommend .

The RV is SO cozy and makes you feel like it's a home away from home!! There is a great amount of space and an ample amount of storage...which is hard to come by! The beds were very comfy, and the bunkbeds are spacious! You can tell a lot of love has gone into this RV to make it so great!! It is up to date, clean, and modern! Absolutely no complaints!! Keith and Jessica were great to deal with!! 10/10 would recommend this RV!
