All six tires are brand new and are to be covered with the included tire protectors once you have parked it. Should any tire issues arise while the RV is in the renter's possession that result in the purchase of a new tire(s), the renter agrees to pay the full cost of exact replacement tire(s) (approximate cost $165 per tire) and installation (approximately $100), prices may vary. Outdoorsy roadside assistance covers the service call to change a flat tire.
The renter is also responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after any deposit, late fees and admin fees have compounded.
The roof is new as of August 2022 and is not to be walked on or used for storage or viewing pleasure. Any indication of the access ladder and roof being used will automatically forfeit all deposits and will incur additional costs for damages.
Where applicable, renter is responsible for checking & maintaining the generator oil and chassis engine oil level, air shocks, tire pressure and coolant levels must also be checked and maintained before departure or at each refueling. All costs due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter's responsibility. It’s the same process as an automobile with the exception of the generator which will be covered during the walk through.
We will provide detailed instructions and necessary information on the proper operation for the chassis, coach/house systems, features and appliances of the RV along with the required fluids at time of pickup. It is the renters and all guest’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in the RV could cause injuries and may result in costly damages and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
Pick up and drop off times are flexible and can be scheduled at pick up. Earlier pick up and late drop off may be arranged based on availability. If she is booked within 3 days of your return, late drop off will be denied and charged an additional day rate as it takes 3 days to prep her for the next booking. Meet your host, Nichole

Member since 2019

I was camping before I was born. My parents introduced me and my siblings to the great outdoors since the day we came home from the hospital as newborns. My greatest memories are exploring the woods, rivers and wildlife as we camped all summer long with friends and family. My wish for you is to experience the AWE of God's Country as my siblings and I did. Todd and I want to make sure your camping experience is the BEST you could ever possibly imagine. We are both excited to have the opportunity to serve you as the "Hosts with the Mosts!" Please feel free to reach out to us and ask any questions or make any requests and we will be sure to fulfill your needs and wants. Our goal is to make sure your travels with us are "Bar None" the BEST for you and yours!!
