Ready for your get-a-way! Our New, 2022 Keystone Springdale is a light weight 17' trailer (21' overall) that sleeps 5-6, easy to tow and has a slide-out for the extra room you want! "Springer" as it is know to our family, has all the appointments you need to create an enjoyable vacation, yet is simple to set-up & operate, and take-down a breeze."Springer's" kitchen has all the basics, a sink, 2 burner stove, microwave, 2 drawers, storage cabinets and a refrigerator with separate freezer. We have installed a couple storage racks for keys, misc. items and spices. All windows have miniblinds so privacy and/or sleeping in is no problem.The slide-out dinette easily seats 4 adults and has a large window that lets in the morning sunshine. The dinette converts into a 2 person bed and has under-seat storage and 3 drawers below which are easily accessible for those extras.
The forward bed has a full size mattress that is super comfortable and is wrapped in a zipped hypoallergenic cover, with storage below. Above the bed is a large shelf for storage and a closet beside for clothes.Other amenities include 2 leveling jacks in the rear, Air-conditioning, fan, heating, a blue tooth radio which you can move inside or out and a 10' motorized awning with outdoor LED lighting. There are electrical outlets outside under the awning and generous storage space access from the outside, for all those outdoor games, tables & chairs, smaller BBQs, etc. 100mi delivery available, for a fee."Springer" has electrical hook-ups, but also has two batteries, propane gas and a solar panel installed on the roof. There is a freshwater hook-up and tank, gray water and black water tanks and they are all easy to operate if your length of stay necessitates. - Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It also includes the dump fee at the end of your stay. If an additional trip is needed to dump it will be an addl. $200.

We usually can go up to 100 miles from Tulare, CA, however if your need is farther, we are open to discussing.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can usually work with the renter to accommodate their needs. If there are variables that may create a need for flexibility, lets discuss prior to departure to make sure we are all good with the flexibility needed.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

We will walk you through the hook up process in person prior to your departure.
