She has a queen bed and a super-slide that makes this Lil Lady feel a lot bigger than she is. She is super easy to tow with a double axle or we'd be happy to deliver and set-up for you... You can paddle board on all 3 and boat on the Columbia and Snake rivers. There are plenty of wineries to visit here in the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick, Pasco Washington) or travel 30 to 45 minutes away to Walla Walla or Prosser, WA for more wineries. We have some nice biking paths and trails along the rivers too. You can catch a baseball game to watch our local minor league Dust Devils baseball team. We also have some nice farmer's markets that are on the weekends. We even have some outdoor concerts and movie nights in the area.Other things to notePets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. ($35.00 per pet) Limit of 1 larger dog or 2 smaller dogs NO SMOKING of any kind. If evidence of smoking in unit monies will be deducted from the security deposit at a minimum of $100.00 to the discretion of the owner. Please no climbing/sitting on rooftop, clean-up after pets, please report any damage or accidents to us immediately so that they can be addressed accordingly, please bring our Lil Lady back in the same condition as you picked her up in, meaning, make sure basic cleaning, dishes, trash are taken care of prior to returning, please empty the refrigerator of all perishable foods, and feel free to leave behind any non-perishable items for the next campers.

Please no climbing/sitting on the roof, no smoking of any kind, (if there is evidence of this there will be a $75.00 charge taken out of deposit), please make sure that the basic clean-up has been done upon return i.e. dishes, trash, sweeping etc. We make sure you get a clean vehicle inside and out, and expect the same upon return.
