This goes towards extra cleaning between rentals by the owner, including keeping the exterior of the trailer clean, deep cleaning of the interior, stocking the unit with cleaning supplies, dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels, etc. All renters are required to clean the trailer and all it’s amenities after use, returning it in the same condition it was picked up. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees being charged.PICK UP & DROP OFF POLICY: In order to run this business smoothly and get it cleaned and ready between rentals the trailer needs to be picked up and dropped off at the agreed upon time. Hello , I am a camping lover , and have fallen in love with our Travel Trailer. Tent camping is a thing of the past. Nothing is better than enjoying nature the way she was intended. I have a lovely Wife, two teenage sons and a four legged son with a tail. We love camping at site with power and water, But if you have to , you can go boon docking and pick up our gas generator inverter, to power the AC, Microwave. Previous experience towing . You Must have a 7 pin RV towing connector for Operation of the Trailer Brakes. You will also need a rear hitch receiver that is 2 inch square. We will provide the towing ball and weight distribution hitch. If needed, we will provide a wireless trailer brake controller.

This trailer is very well equipped and easy to tow. This was my first time using an RV - Trong and Justin were very responsive and helpful. It slept our family of 4 very comfortably.

Amazing trailer! Battery upgrade is unreal, we were off grid for 8 days and they never dropped below full. Fridge also very efficient, didn’t even go thru one 20lb tank which was powering fridge and the cooktop that we also used daily. Highly recommended, owners were very easy to deal with. Thanks guys!!

Q.Does the Trailer come with a weight distribution hitch?

Yes the Trailer has a weight distribution hitch already installed , it is a Curt Tru Track 500-800 lbs tongue limit , 5,000 to 8,000 lbs towing capacity. It is a 4 way system far superior that the chain type system.
Q.What are the towing vehicle requirements?
A.
The towing vehicle must have ----> a 2 inch square tube hitch receiver <-----. We will provide the 2 inch ball round that fits into your square receiver.
The vehicle must have a ----> 7 pin RV plug <----to control the trailer brakes and turn signals .
-If needed , we have an Echo wireless brake controller that has a bluetooth connection to your cell phone app to adjust brake controller.
