We have a 2021 Wolf Pup 17JG (yet to be named). We love camping in it and want to share that experience with everyone else. We are always learning and adding to our camper to give us and you a better time out on the road. It is our goal that all that is needed to bring is food, drinks and clothes/bedding. Everything else we hope to have in our camper for you. The 17JG is a newer model from Forest River. It has a camper queen bed up front, 2 bunks and a bathroom with a stand up shower in the back. In the middle you will find a large U shaped dinette, 2 burner stove, microwave and large sink. The trailer weighs 5000lbs and requires a 7 pin trailer plug. Don't have trailer breaks? No problem we have a wireless system that goes in-between the trailer and your vehicle (you have to have a 7 pin plug with auxiliary power ran to it). It has a small controller that plugs into your cigarette lighter. There is large fridge inside and a smaller one on the outside the camper. There is a stereo that you can BT your phone too. There is an outdoor shower on the back side of the camper you that can clean dishes or muddy toes. The 2021 model has a solar panel to run the fridge on sunny days or on the road, other than that the camper plugs into a 30 amp outlet. We do have a surge protector and an extra extension cord if needed. For pick up and drop off times, we prefer pick up after 3pm Monday thru Friday and any time before dark on Saturday or Sunday. For drop off times any time after 3:30 pm but before dark Monday thru Friday and anytime before dark on Saturday or Sunday. We can deliver to local campgrounds for a fee.

RecommendationsThere are a lot of great camping opportunities in the area. We can deliver to Rock Cut State park or Sugar River Campground. That is where we like to camp the most! Other things to noteSmall pets welcome but remember never leave your pet in the trailer unattended. If you are bringing a dog we require the interior insurance (Damage Protection this can be purchased when selected your insurance for a flat fee). No smoking in the camper. You must be a verified driver to rent our camper. You will need to dump the tanks prior to bring it back other wise there is a 75.00 dump fee that will be taken out of the deposit. Your tow Vehicle needs to be of appropriate size for this camper, any 1/2 pick up or larger SUV that can pull 6000 pounds is need. Prior to all rentals the SRA will need to be signed, copies can be provided. If you have a question on it just ask, I can help you find that information. We would also like to know your experience with pulling a trailer. Other things to note the awning needs to be closed at night and when you leave the camper. While we do clean and sterilize the camper after use we leave wipes/cleaner in the camper if you feel more comfortable giving it a once over.THINGS TO KNOW
FYI, We don't rent to Country Thunder. The trailer tires are rated to 75mph, we do have them inspected and check the pressure prior to every trip. We require the renter to only drive no faster than 70mph to help avoid any tire issues. If the griddle/dutch ovens are returned dirty there will be a fee of up to $75 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit. If the tanks are not dumped when the camper is returned there will be a $75 deducted from the security deposit. If the camper is returned excessively dirty there will be a $100 cleaning fee. Again the awing can be used but if broken or damaged the renter is completely responsible for the damages.

Hello, my wife and I have upgraded from a wolf pup to this large camper with a bunk house. We have a 2.5 year old so the enjoyment of roughing it something that we will have to wait to get back to. We want to travel and camp with our son as he grows up. We took the plunge with a new 2021 wolf pup 17JG a few years ago. Rented that for some years on outdoorsy and then upgraded to Catalina. With the new camper we gained a lot room for us and some space that our son can grow into. We hope to travel to all of the state parks in Wisconsin, at least that is our first goal, after that who knows!
