Hi, and thank you for considering our 2022 Grand Design Bunk House! This rig is super clean and well maintained. Sleeps 6 very comfortably probably could sleep two kids to a bunk if they are smaller.This rental will come with pretty much everything you need! Bring food, pillows and some towels and you’ll be set to go on your next adventure!The reason I bought a grand design was for their quality and their insulation. They have some of the best insulation on the market. This trailer is rated for all 4 seasons. This thing stays toasty in the winter and ice cold in the summer. The heater ducts run under the floors and keep the floors very warm.This trailer is pretty long and decently heavy. It is an easy tow if you know what you’re doing. If this is your first time ever pulling a trailer please think twice about renting this rig. I personally tow it with a Chevy 1500 but my truck is upgraded to handle the load. (ie. bigger real differential, Airbag suspension, bigger brakes etc) Please come prepared to tow a larger trailer and have tow brakes on your truck. I use this trailer with my family and rent it when it is not being used so please be respectful.What's includedEverything you need to go camping will be included except for your food, your towels and pillows. We have full dining sets, along with pots and pans.If you have questions about us having something please just ask. We will probably have it and if we don’t we will most likely provide it. Fresh and sanitized linens for the beds will always be included.Hitch and anti sway bars are included.Propane tanks on the trailer will be filled prior to your booking pick up time.Dining sets (forks, knives, spoons, cups, plates, and bowls) set of 6.RecommendationsPlease bring a truck that is equipped with trailer brakes and can handle a 8000 pound trailer.Other things to noteAs stated before, please be respectful. This is a very nice trailer and I use it for my personal trips.Don’t forget your towels and pillows! Those are not included with the rental!Please wash all dishes and dump all tanks before returning.If tanks are full upon return a fee will apply.I do have a generator that will run the trailer if you plan on dry camping.Delivery, Set up, and Pick up is available within a reasonable distance and comes with an extra fee. Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you decide to have the trailer delivered. Just ask! Worst thing I can say is no.
