This one-of-a-kind remodeled motorhome is the perfect fit for hitting the beach in SoCal for the day or a week. It comes fully stocked so all you really need is your swimsuit, food, & drink! She's soulful, comfortable, and simple. This is a stationary rental that we deliver and setup for you.Week-long off-season special! Book to rent anytime Oct - Mar and we'll adjust your rate to $999.- Sites w/sewer hookup strongly recommended for weeklong rentals, and any necessary black tank emptying during rental is the responsibility of the renter

We found that many owners preferred to trade in their old RVs that needed work for new models, and saw blank canvases in those older models that could be transformed into something unique and wonderful. That's what spurred the idea to create themed experience rentals, and the Beach House is the first example of our work!We'll drop off/pickup any day of the week between 9am & 6pm. If you need special accommodations, just ask!What's includedDaily Rental INCLUDES your choice of the following from our "Beach Locker" at no extra cost:
-Two Foam Longboards ($100 daily value)
-Two Boogie Boards
-4 Beach Chairs
-Folding Tables and Chairs
-Propane BBQ
-Cornhole Game
-Bin of Beach Toys
-Sun Umbrella
-Two Standup Paddle Boards ($120 daily value meaning that’s what you would pay at a paddle board rental facility)
-Two Beach Cruisers ($60 daily value meaning that’s what you would pay at a bike rental facility)(Bring your own helmet!)
-Portable quiet generator (additional daily fee on this one, see Add-Ons)
-These additional items will be delivered with accompanying security chains/cords if stored outside, eg on the surf rack. Renters are responsible for securing these items properly when not in use, and renters will bear responsibility for any theft of or damage to these items.Other Unique Amenities:
-Rooftop Deck (6 people maximum and no unsupervised minors)
-8 Beach Towels
-Sunscreen, bugscreen, etc in case you forget it (basically whatever's in the 'use me' bin is yours to use)
-Basic linens for the bed (bring your own pillows/warm blankets!)
-Kitchen is stocked including frying pans, pot, strainer, serving and prep utensils, knives & cutting boards, cups, plates, bowls, and disposable silverware.

Meet your host, Lindsey
Member since 2019
We’re a husband and wife team. Jamie’s had his own Commercial Construction business for over 20 years, and Lindsey has a BA in Human Environment & Design and is also a licensed contractor. Our own RV adventures and renovation experiences, along with a recent COVID-inspired mass shift toward alternative lifestyles and travel, have led us to a new pet project: applying our experience in commercial repair, upgrade, and construction to mobile homes.

My kids and I had a wonderful time in the motorhome down at Campland. Super comfortable beds, fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home, away from home. Linds and Jamie set it all up for us to arrive and enjoy immediately. We really didn't need to bring anything other than food/drinks and pillows.
We will definitely use this cozy beach house on wheels again, soon!

Had a fabulous time with the beachhouse for a weekend at Campland . Was the perfect rig for this campground and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend . My 7 year old son had so much fun he cried when we had to leave !

Could not have been happier with this beachy RV (which we took to the mountains instead for a wedding!) it looked just as good with pine trees next to it! Lindsay and Jamie were amazing to rent from, totally perfect from start to finish. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you!!!!

The Beach House is the Bees Knees! The rooftop deck is a show stopper and we felt smug to be sitting above the crowd with a spectacular view. Jamie and Lindsey really thought of and provided everything from beach towels to beach chairs, all we had to bring was food, our pillows, and clothes. With the delivery and pick up service, all we had to do was show up and have fun! Everything was in great working order and we would not have traded our RV for any other. Thank you and look forward to our next trip!

Jamie and Lindsey thought of EVERYTHING! The RV was perfect for 7 of us to enjoy and the rooftop deck was FUNtastic :) This RV was beyond our expectations!

Q.Is your rig pet-friendly?
A.
Yes! Up to 2 pets, up to 35lbs each allowed. There is a $15 pet fee/day and a $100 Pet cleaning fee associated. Please inform us of any pet(s) that will be sharing the space with you during your rental for our approval, a $200 fee will be automatically be added if pets are not disclosed prior to rental. Any additional pet damage may result in the loss of your security deposit. Although we probably won't, know that we have the right to refuse any pet for any reason.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are extremely flexible! Our preference is between the hours of 9am and 6pm M-F, but if you need special accommodations for flights, etc., just ask.
Typically, the Beach House is set up at a Beach or water-front campsite, so we prefer to deliver it to get you set up and oriented where you'll be camping. Delivery is $50 within 35 miles and $2.50/mile thereafter up to 70 miles.
Q.Can I take The Beach House on a road trip?
A.
We don't rent out The Beach House for road trips, but encourage renters to have it set up at a Beach or Lakefront Campground. Our primary reasoning is the ease and enjoyability of your rental:
-The vehicle's vintage and weight (due to modifications) make it more cumbersome to drive than a newer, non-modified vehicle
-In the case of unforeseen breakdown on a road trip, there would be no guarantee of getting you back on your way in a timely manner
-There is no climate control (see FAQ)
Q.Why doesn't The Beach House have climate control?
A.
We removed the central air and heating units from this motorhome in order to make space for the prominent and popular roof deck. Since we also designed The Beach House's renovations to be perfect for a moderate beach climate, it's not ideal for taking to the desert or the mountains. We DO provide space heaters for chilly nights. The insulation and waterfront breeze keep the inside nice and cool, even on hot days. Note: The driver's cab current doesn't have a working AC, either.
