Enjoy all of your family adventures with this sweet home away from home!This travel trailer has a Great layout that sleeps 6, including all the amenities you need to keep you comfortable.Fully Equipped kitchen with a Refrigerator, Freezer, microwave, oven, stove, pantry cabinet, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and more.The dinette seats 4 comfortably, which also turns into a large twin sized bed, can sleep 2.The couch is a Murphy bed, which turns into a queen, including a very comfy mattress topper. All bedding and pillows included. On both sides of the sofa are closets with lots of storage.This travel trailer also has rear bunk beds, accompanied by a privacy curtain and ladder.Nice full sized bathroom with tub and shower, storage, and linens.Our Travel trailer includes outdoor chairs, led lighting, camping mat, and much more for your outdoor entertainment.We offer delivery, set up and pick up for a flat rate of $150 within a 30 mile radius. Anything over is $4 per mile.Our cleaning fee is optional to save you money. If you leave the trailer as clean as it is when you arrived, then no fee . If you choose not to thoroughly clean, then you will be charged appropriately against the deposit. We include all cleaning products and towels for your accommodations.We do sterilize and do a deep cleaning before each rental, but offer this as a saving money task for those who don’t wish to spend on all those added fees.Pick up/Drop off dates and times are flexible, please email/text for any inquiries.We hope you enjoy our travel trailer as much as we do.What's included4x camping chairs, linens, utensils, cookware, bakeware, etc. RecommendationsWe are so close to so many fun things to do and see here in San Diego. Alex’s RV was homey and well decorated with all the details covered. Very clean RV with comfortable beds. It was the perfect RV for our Campland trip! Will definitely rent again!

What a cute trailer. Rented this for a weekend at the beach and didn’t disappoint. Decor is cute, very clean. Host were very nice and went above and beyond. They came back to drop off more pillows and blankets. Communication was amazing! Answered all my questions prior to our trip. Alex thank you for your hospitality. Recommending you to our friends.

My family and I loved the RV. Especially my wife. My wife and was so pleased with the decor of the RV. We were supplied with everything you would need for a trip, such as clean linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, camping chairs etc. My wife loved the outdoor rug in front

Alex and family made this trip so easy! They were very easy to get a hold of months prior to the trip and answered all questions very quickly! The camper trailer was set up very nicely upon arrival making our stay seamless.
