Flush toilet, 110V Air Conditioner, Fresh water tank 12gal, Waste water tank 12 gal, Electric power panel, home battery, kitchen sink, water faucet, convert bed and sofa, storage, space, push out windows, roof vent Waste drain, city water hook up, 30 amp power hook up, swivel passenger seat. and original dash features like CD radio , dash AC (also window AC) and dash heat, 3 range stoves, lpg propane tank(1lbs -40 lbs)and stove oven., 8x6 feet retractableAwning.What's included Since our van has shore power hook up, we have a few wall electric plug for small electric appliance like coffe maker or electric heater, also the home battery can provide 12v ceiling lighting , fan and water pump, the home battery can be charged via auxiliary dash cigarette plug -during driving or shore power.
The van have upgraded propane container for 2 20 lbs, or it can be hook up a 1 lbs can propane. Since the AC can be powered by 2000W generator. It's available to use a portable generator with dual fuels input-Additional charge for $50 per trip.
For the ventilation purpose, I made a push out window right next to the stove which can creat an air cycle through out the roof fan.
The van equipped with dash cam camera and a tomtom gps. The toilet has a flush handle, and a toilet blind current- can be a shower current also, also a blind curtain sliding through the driving area for privacy purpose. there is 45 qt freezer 12v available for long distance trip.
