Trailer is towable by most full size SUV's and Half-Ton Trucks.Featuring a full kitchen, spacious dinette that converts into a sleeper (fits 1-2), 2 bunks perfect for 2 small kids or 1 adult on each, and a nice size primary bed, that fits 2 adults comfortably.Enjoy your time outdoors day or night under the electric awning while your favorite tunes play via Bluetooth on the outdoor speakers! Inside features a smart tv ready for any streaming apps. Perfect for those rainy days or movie nights with the kids.Trailer includes some upgraded amenities such as outdoor rugs, 2 camping chairs, indoor/outdoor games great for all ages, small library and a digital guestbook.You can't go wrong with this rental! Once booked we will do a quick tour, answer any questions you have and send you on your way to chase sunsets and make memories!Be sure to ask about our special event packages! 6 plates, 6 bowls, and 6 cups. In the drawers you will find utensil, knives, can opener, wine opener, oven mitts, spatulas, and foil. We provide a skillet, cooking pan, and a pot. Salt, pepper, and a few rubs. Paper towels, napkins and plastic utensils. You will also find sponges, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning spray, drying mat, and garbage bags. Please note to keep the strainer in the sink as NO FOOD or other waste can go down the sink.Coffee maker and coffee provided.

Yogi Bear in Lodi is an awesome place if you have kids and they offer tons of amenities. You can also find tons of local campsites on the river around here and not to far is Sacramento and its surrounding small towns have some great places. If you prefer to catch your sunsets at the beach, Half Moon Bay or Santa Cruz are just an hour or so away.Other things to note-You MUST purchase insurance for your trip through the platform.
-We do not allow smoking or vaping inside of the trailer.
-We ask that you return the trailer in the same condition it was rented in. We will document each trip with before/after photos.
-Please do not throw anything down the toilet other than the provided RV toilet paper.
-Be sure to scrape all food in the garbage prior to washing dishes. Do not remove the screen from the drain as NO FOOD or other waste can go down the train.
-If you need help with anything, please call or message us. We're here to help make your trip as easy as possible.
-Pets are okay, as long as they are housebroken and behave in the trailer. (No chewing or scratching surfaces, no large animals on the beds)
