This is a 2022 Forest River Wildwood Glen Hyper Lite trailer. It has been our personal home for the last year on the road and now we’ve moved out and it’s available for you to book! It comes fully equipped with a queen-sized bed and mattress pad, full sized sink, gas stove w/ 3 burners, gas oven, microwave, A/C, fan, and gas heater, as well as a 5 gallon water heater gas and/or electric. It has a very spacious layout, including a larger than usual bathroom with a high pressure shower big enough for even 2 people, a double recliner, a TV with a Roku, indoor and outdoor speakers, and an outdoor grill/fridge that can be covered by the awning.What's included2x reclining camp chairs, camping table, large outdoor rug, 2 skillets, 1 cook pot, cookware, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, water hose, water filter, pressure regulator, 50 amp power cord, power cord extension, 30 & 20 amp adapters, leveling system (using smart phone app), propane monitors (using smart phone app).Delivery and pickup within 100mi radius available at extra charge upon request.Other things to notePets welcome!

- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $60.00. This fee will cover preparing the unit prior to each rental, including filling up the propane tanks, and deep cleaning the entire inside of the RV.
