RecommendationsGreat for family camping or even for a romantic weekend away(Carmel by the River RV Park). We love camping by the coast but, don't forget about Casa De Fruta, and the Santa Cruz mountains. Please check with your destination to ensure trailer will fit. IT IS 42 FEET LONG!!!!!!The trailer has 50 or 30 amp electricity. You can choose to dry camp, by choosing to rent our generator, and using the water tanks. Other things to noteAdditional Applicable Fees
- No smoking inside trailer (Applicable fees will be charged if smoking is detected. Please just don't do it. Keep it outside.)
-Propane will be charged at $15 for every 1/4 of a tank used. (Gauge will noted during drop off.)
-Black waste must be completely emptied and cleaned before drop off or $150 fee will be assessed.
-Trailer must be fully cleaned, and in same condition as it was picked up in or $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.
-At this time we are not accepting pets. If we detect pets were inside the trailer we will charge $100 fee + the above listed cleaning fee.What you will need to bring:
-Shower towels (There are 2 towels if needed.)
-Bedding for all guests (except master bed)
