Our newer motorhome has a length of 31 feet. You will have access to more than 80% of all the National Parks at this size. Not too big and not too small... just right! It has all the latest features which will make your trip comfortable and fun. Features include a separate shower and water closet, a master bedroom setup and plenty of storage. Sleeps 6 comfortably or 8 with an inflatable mattress.We have stocked the RV with all the essentials you will need - including bed sheets, pillows, towels for showers, cooking utensils/dishes, outdoor camping chairs, bbq, and a popup 10x10 canopy to setup wherever you need. If you have questions on items included, just let me know! Otherwise, all you need is your food and clothes!We are NOT renting our rig out for Burning Man, Our rig is equipped with GPS tracking and if it's within a 50 mile range of Burning Man during the BM weeks, you will be charged the higher rates.Our only location restriction is that we do not allow our rig to go into Mexico.The RV is equipped with GPS for tracking purposes and if it is disabled during rental period or registers as off-line we will charge the full security deposit.On a side note, please be aware that this RV is equipped with a 30amp circuit (not 50amp) and therefore only has 1 roof mounted AC unit. As such, it will average cooling the inside approximately 15-20 degrees cooler than the outdoors. If you are going to a hot climate, you must keep this in mind and run the AC all day. You can step the thermostat down over the day to get it comfortable, but it's likely for example if you are in the desert and it's 125, that it may take you up to 7hrs to cool it down to say 80 (a 40 degree swing). You must plan ahead and do your due diligence in checking weather conditions as we will not be able to refund your reservations/deposit for this if you cut your trip short.
