Roomy beautiful 2 bedroom Travel Trailer! Come and relax without all the worry as ALL the amenities are provided for you. My passion is in interior design and I hope will shine through with decor items placed throughout the Trailer. Drop your bags, and dive into a welcome basket upon your arrival! Please see photo for the Grand Design 3150-BH Travel Trailer layout. Delivery Only- please click that option. What's included2 Bedroom (Bed2 with walk-in closet/Master Bed 2 closet cabinets either side of bed)
Sleep 2 in Master Bed, both Living Room and Bed2 Sofas convert to Pull Out Beds, Dining
Sleep 1 in Bed2 bunks (2 Total)
2 TV's (Bed2/Living Room)
Fireplace (with remote - can use with heat or ambience only)
Outdoor Kitchen (2 Burner Stove, Microwave, Mini-Fridge)
Napoleon Table top Propane BBQ (1 propane tank provided)
Keurig Coffee Maker
Toaster
Clothing Steamer
Kitchen necessities (Plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, wine opener, pans, extensive utensils)

Avila and Pismo Beach have so much to offer. Go to either Pier and you will not be disappointed. Avila Beach has the yummy Custom House for great food and Merseas is located on the Avila Pier. Pismo Beach has the best seafood at the Cracked Crab restaurant. Please relax and enjoy as this is the primary focus of your trip! Other things to notePlease note I deliver to only Central Coast Campsites with full hook up only (Avila Flying Flags not in rental network as of yet-AVILA KOA $40 more delivery charge due to distance). I will provide 2 full propane tanks. Please ensure all dumping/trash disposal is completed before pick up. The Tow Service will open and hook up/tear down all necessary items (2 slide outs opened, electrical plugged in, water hooked up - fresh and grey). I will assist with an overview on all operations when I meet you with the keys. I take pride in keeping my Travel Trailer in great condition and just ask you do the same for all future folks to use and enjoy!

- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $150.00. This fee covers preparing and sanitizing the unit, fill propane tanks, fresh linens/towels (kitchen, bath, etc) prior to each rental. *If black/grey dumping not completed, $500 deposit is forfeited.
