Make our beautiful travel trailer your fun house and memory maker for your family and friends. We provide most everything you could possibly need for a great family trip, friend's outing or couple's getaway!There is a small sofa/murphy bed that folds down to a queen bed w/memory foam topper, full size bunk beds and the dinette converts to a full size bed. Trailer sleeps 5-8.3 closets; one by bunks and one on each side of sofa/queen bed.The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top/oven, pantry, bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, and much more!The bathroom has a tub and shower, full size medicine cabinet and mirror, under sink storage, shower curtain and bath rug.The trailer also features a 24 in. tv and volume bar for better sound and Bluetooth radio with interior and exterior speakers. USB ports at dinette area, in both bunk bed areas and next to both sides of the murphy bed areas.Exterior shower.The exterior has one large, complete pass through storage and one smaller storage. Interior of trailer has lots of storage too, including storage under dinette benches on all 3 sides. There is a power awning with LED light strip and two electric plugs. There is also an outdoor shower. *Please do not extend awning if it is at all windy. Also, double check that you have clearance to open the awning-they break fairly easy in windy weather.Make sure to add-on the rental for the generator if you will not have access to an electric outlet. The trailer is equipped with a 30amp power cord/connection but we do provide an adapter to 110v. If you will be boon docking/dry camping then you will need the generator to use the microwave, heat/air. The fridge can run on gas or electric.What's includedWe provide mattress covers, sheet/pillow case sets, and 6 pillows ONLY. No blankets included. First aid kit, tool kit, air compressor, 6 bath towels, 1 bath and 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 LED lantern, exterior hanging "twinkle" lights for awning, bike rack (fits 2 bikes), small BBQ with one small propane tank, waste containers for bathroom and kitchen (plus bags), 1 roll paper towels and 2 toilet paper rolls (SEPTIC TANK APPROVED ONLY), water filter jug for fridge, artificial grass for entrance area of trailer, and 1 large propane tank also all included.Recommendations• Launch Pointe in Lake Elsinore: VERY clean and family oriented, has a great pool/spa and a large splash pad for kids

It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use any of the systems, features or appliances properly may result in damage and renter will be responsible for cost to repair.Renter is responsible for any violation such as tickets. Renter shall not make any repairs. If there is a mechanical failure or problem, renter should alert the owner immediately.Any negligence to use transport and camping equipment properly which results in damage to Trailer or equipment will be the full responsibility of the renter. Super clean and comfortable trailer supplied with everything you could need while camping. Super easy and friendly check in and checkout process. Would highly recommend if your looking for a trailer to rent.

Ann Marie is easy to communicate with and very well organized. The trailer had everything we needed and many extra nice touches like extra towels and spices. Very much enjoyed our trip and would definitely rent again.

Ann Marie and the RV were excellent. She was flexible and punctual on pick up and delivery. Best of all...the RV had EVERYTHING you would need from linens to camping lighters. Very well done! We would definitely rent again.
