• How big is the fridge? 3 cubic feet with a small freezer; works on gas or electric power.
• What size is the rear bed? 68” x 52”
• What size is the front bed? 60” x 22”
• How wide is the aisle? 30” wide
• How tall is the van on the outside? 9'
• How long is the van? 18’
• Standing height inside? 6'
• Is the mattress firm or plush? The cushions are custom-made with 6” dual density foam. We found it very comfortable without a memory foam topper.
• Can I heat the van at night without running the generator? The van has a propane furnace. You set the thermostat and it runs off/on all night to maintain the temperature. In the morning you can recharge the battery for 10-15 min with the generator or run the van.
• Can I charge my phone? Yes! The front USB car charger is 12 volt and you can charge your phone when the van is off or over-night.
• Do you allow pets? We do restrict to small dogs but please have a conversation with us about your furry family member.
• Can I rent for less than 4 days? Yes we offer a 2-day minimum. Sometimes you just want to have a quick get-away.
• How do I fill the propane before my trip? You do not have to do this we fill it for you before your trip.
• How long does the propane last? If you’re in using it to heat the RV and to run the fridge it should last about 14 days no problem. IIf you're conservative it will last up to 3 weeks.
• What are the pick-up and drop off times? We prefer a 3:00P pick-up or drop-off time but can be more flexible on the weekends. Remember, we need time to give you a tour and test drive before you take off. IF you want to come back later there is a an hourly charge of $10 an hour.
• How many MPG (miles per gallon) does the RV get? It varies by how you drive but as about a 13mpg. It really depends on how you drive and if you are going up in elevation.
• Are there child seat anchors? There are shoulder and lap belts on the 2 front seats and the third seat behind the passenger. A child seat can be installed facing towards the rear of the RV.
• Can we fit 4 in this RV? No, there is only 3 seatbelts and sleeping for 3.
• How long will the water last? I can make a tank last over a week but if you wash dishes like you do at home (Leave the water running) expect to run out in 2-3 days. Another way to conserve water is using the campground toilet or rest stop/gas station bathrooms when possible.
• What if I have a question when I am on my trip? There is a manual for you in the van and you can always reach out to us via the Outdoorsy app or cell phone numbers provided. We will respond within in a hour (in most cases)

We love exploring the backroads, national parks and forests. There is nothing like finding a special spot to camp, set up, make a meal, relax and enjoy the day. Maybe go for a hike. Our dogs love to travel and get excited when we put them in the van. Waking up to fresh air and a new morning on top of a mountain or close to a lake . . we just love being out in nature.

Roy & CJ's "Little Bit - 2004 Roadtrek 170 Popular" is a well maintained, super clean, easy to drive camper van. Roy & CJ have nicely provided the extra items that you would need to travel in a camper van (cooking supplies, sheets) or that you might forget (paper towels, camp chairs). The full size bed was extremely comfortable for me. My daughter slept on the single bed. She was skeptical about the bed, but she also slept really well & was happy to not have to share a bed with me.

This is our first time renting an RV. So as a first timer it was a very pleasant experience. The RV was great! It was clean and was stocked with the necessities. We had a great time camping. The RV suited our needs. It was great as we were able to bring our two dogs with us. The owners were pleasant and willing to work with us.

We had a wonderful experience. Roy and CJ were patient with all our questions and flexible in working out pick-up and drop-off options. Also, it's clear that they are scrupulous in keeping the camper van clean and maintained. Thank you, Roy and CJ!

Roy & CJ were very accommodating and knowledgeable. This vehicle was great for one person traveling with pet.
Easy to drive, set up, and use. I didn't have need to use the heater or AC, but everything else functions well in this vehicle. It had a bit of a musty smell which was easily remedied with air freshener. I would definitely rent from these folks again.

The van had everything anyone could ever need for a road trip. It runs smooth and Roy takes really good care of it. Along with renting it he also gave a great comprehensive tutorial on all the ins and outs of the van. It was an awesome adventure and created some everlasting memories. I would 100% rent it again!
