We just rented an RV from Juan and had a wonderful experience! Juan’s customer service and communication exceeded our expectations. We arrived to Oceano Dunes and the RV was setup, leveled and stocked with everything we needed from towels to kitchen utensils and all the small details (dish soap, sponge, cleaning supplies, etc…) The RV was clean, spacious and we will definitely be return customers!

You need to read the details! He saved us money in the long run of the trip, so again if you read the details and ask questions to clarify, then he’ll be understanding. The utensils for the cooking were amazing! I only wish that I knew sooner that the generator did not have to be on the rack on the back, because it moved the whole entire RV. I also wish that there was like some kind of tray that could fit into the cute little oven that was in the trailer because it was a lot of utensils, but then not like pan or something to like that to use in the oven.

The previous reservation canceled on me the day before our trip to Santa Barbara we were going there to celebrate my grandson who was receiving a Master Degree. My daughter also rented an RV and said Mom don't worry I will call my Guy Juan Carlos I know
he had a couple of RV.'s....Oh My Goodness not only did he get it there it was the same price and his unit was a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom all set up for us and even had a Blackstone grill.... Highly recommend Juan and know I will always use in in the future.
