New to us this year (2022) this beautiful camper will sleep up to 10 and is best suited for families or groups who want that extra space. The main bedroom has a true sized queen bed (60"x80") and pocket doors to block off the main cabin so you can sleep soundly and have your privacy. The cozy electric fireplace is nice for when you don't have a campfire. A separate outdoor entrance to the bathroom will keep folks from having to walk through the main cabin all the time. The bunkhouse area has 2 large bunks and is where 4 small humans or 2 adults can sleep. The dinette area and the sofa also convert into full size beds for 2 adults or 4 tiny humans or can be the hangout for a favorite family pet. The 16' slide out gives the main cabin area ample space for everyone to move around. You'll find the bathroom shower to be a camping luxury and the kitchen setup will make you feel like you're right at home. Also cooking and eating outside is convenient with the slide out grill and mini-fridge that are under the power awning. With A/C, heat, hot water, microwave, stove, fireplace, and 42" TV you will not be rouging it in the woods. The camper comes already packed with dinner ware, cups, and some common use items like TP, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies. Plan to bring your own bedding (sheets/pillows/blankets/sleeping bags). Also provided are 4 camping chairs and indoor/outdoor games (see the list of add-ons that can add even more fun to your trip). This is our family camper and we do keep some of our personal items in here which we do not mind sharing. The camper is 32' long so be sure to reserve a need a large enough campsite. Also because of it's size and weight this unit is available by delivery only. The delivery charge is a minimum of $135 and is based on distance from Milford, NH. If your site is more than 60 miles from Milford, NH we require a minimum of 3 nights rental. Sites Must have septic or on-site dumping station. There is a $20 fee for me to dump. What's includeddinnerware, cups, mugs, paper towels, TP, camping chairs, games.
Renter must provide their own bedding (sheets, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows)
RecommendationsHere are some campgrounds in the area which we can recommend: Cold Springs Camp Resort (Weare, NH), Beaver Hollow (Ossipee, NH), Sea Coast Camping Resort (North Hampton, NH), Branch Brook (Campton, NH), and of course our favorite spot Papoose Pond Resort (North Waterford, ME).Other things to noteCAMPGROUNDS ONLY! Delivery by owner only. Due to issues with past renters we no longer allow private property. Due to insurance reasons we require that we deliver and pickup and that renters must keep the camper on the site and not tow to any other location. Renters are responsible for any damages to the camper during the rental period. Renters must book a camp site that is a minimum of water/electric hookup (prefer septic too). If septic is not at the camp site there must be a dumping station at the campground and the renter will be charged an addition $20 dumping fee. One 20 lb tank of propane is provided but renter is responsible for refilling if you run out during your trip. Renter should provide their own bedding. Please make sure all dishes, cups, pots/pans, and grill are cleaned and put away and please sweep floors and clean up any messes before leaving. Pets are welcome but should be confined to sleeping in the main cabin (pets not allowed in master bedroom on the queen bed). A cleaning fee of $120 will be charged if there are any noticeable smells (smoking, mildew, pet odors).

We love to go camping up and are happy to be able to share good times with friends and family around the camp fire. We have 2 dogs and kids who we drag along with us to our favorite spot, Papoose Pond in North Waterford, ME. We are renting our camper out so that others can also share great adventures and fun times with their families. And yes, our last name is Hooker, so ya got to have fun with it.

Great experience with Shane under challenging campground circumstances. RV was clean, well equipped and perfectly served our needs. Shane quickly responded to our questions and went the extra miles to ensure we had what we needed every step during our trip. Campground ended up being under a flood warning during our stay and Shane was very attentive and helpful to work on what was best for us during this unprecedented event. Thank you, Hookers!

Shane’s answer

thank you for the review! We appreciate renters like you have a good time regardless of the weather and go with the flow...unfortunately the river was also going with the flow a bit too much.

Q.Can you book a site for me?
A.
Sure. Just let me know which area or campground you want to go to and I will arrage booking and give you the info so that all you have to do is show up and chill.

Q.What type of site do I need to book?
A.
This camper is big so you'll need to find a site that can fit a 32' travel camper. We recommend a full hookup site (water, electric, septic). In the summer time a site with 30-Amp service or more is best for running the A/C and other appliances. The camper isn't equipped to go off-grid.

Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.
Any refund from the campground will depend on the campground's cancellation policy. As for the rental of our camper, if you cancel between time of booking and up to 7 days before your trip you'll be charged 25% of booking total. If canceled within 7 days you are charged 50%. We understand life can throw curve balls so please let us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel and why. Our suggestion is not to cancel due to weather, it's NE and it can change and the camper is nice and cozy.

Q.How far will you deliver?
A.
We offer delivery/setup/pickup within a 2 hour drive of Milford, NH but it will need to be discussed due to work schedule. If you are only booking for 2 nights I may ask you to consider a site that is closer. Sites further than 60 miles away we request 3 night stay. Delivery/setup fee is based on mileage and minimum of $135.
