Total 21' 8" long
Shower, toilet, sink, stove top, microwave, AC (That works amazingly fast), full size bed with linens, two bunks without linens (Work great for duffel bags and stuff if you don't have kids, awning, receiver hitch and rack for bikes and stuff, indoor outdoor stereo with inputs, comes with fresh water tank full of course and propane in the tank. Lawn chairs, ground carpet, outside table, etc. You do not have to dump it, I will take care of that.I require a full size truck with at least 7200 lb tow capacity to pull it and someone who is experienced with hauling heavy loads. It's not only about tow capacity, it's about hill, wind and stopping. So electronic brake assist is a must, it's also state law. I have a 3 day minimum as well.
If you are camping within 1 hour of Burnsville, depending on my schedule, I might even be able to go set the camper up for you where ever you have a spot in mind for an additional $150 including take down.Kayak(s) available for $20/ day.
