Very open floor plan with lots of sleepingExcellent Condition Travel Trailer with expanded living area with 3 slides (one on each side and one in the bunk house), kitchen island with sink (expands seating with bar height spots) , 4 Bunk Beds in the rear of camper with a door to close off the room, Queen bed room, Sleeps up to 10 total people, single bathroom with small tub/shower w/curtain (Camper TP included) direct door from the outside is convenient and helps keep RV clean, outdoor kitchen with attached grill and outdoor mini-fridge, nice sized indoor fridge/freezer (runs on electric and/or propane), microwave, oven, stove-top with pots/pans, seating for 4 at dinette, 42" LCD TV with integrated DVD Player and Antenna hook ups, Bluetooth connectable surround sound and outdoor sound system, stabilizing and front jack, 2 LP gas tanks, Digital thermostat for Heat and AC, water holding tank/water hook-ups, water heater, underbelly tank heaters, power awning with LED lights underneath and a beautiful, modern interior.I have a weight distribution hitch that is included with the rental* The renter is responsible for any and all damage to the awning and it's parts during the rental period. Recommend to retract awning when not present or at night. It is a power unit.sewer line that attaches is also included (stores in a tote) and a box of gloves for handling!Also, has a storage rack in the back that folds down to haul coolers or a generator.

Chad was very thorough in going over the campers details with my husband. The camper was very roomy! I loved the kitchen island! They provide many camping necessities such as plenty of paper products, towels, pans, grill, etc. They had many DVD's in the camper to watch but my only complaint was that when playing on the TV, they were in black and white. My husband tried to fix, but was unsuccessful. This really should not be a complaint because we do no want our kids watching movies while camping, but one day was really hot and they wanted a break in the middle of the day,

Great Camper for Family traveling. We had 3 kids and two adults sleep very comfortably during our trip. Would rent again in the future.

Chad was open, honest, and attentive from the very start. This was our first experience with an RV and he was more than patient and answered any questions I had. My main reason for the rental was to avoid hotels, restaurants, etc due to Covid.
The RV served the purpose of sleeping my grandbabies and myself as we visited my parents. When my parents were ready to go to bed (around 9pm), we moved to the RV and played games, watched tv or played music. When the rental was over, Chad found items that were left and returned the items to me.
This was a vacation that my grand children will remember for a long time as they grow up. With COVID, we are not sure when my grand children will get to see their great grandparents again. Chad made us able to spend quality time with them and respect their time for quiet, while still enjoying our time as well. Thank you Chad! I would highly recommend this rental and would use Chad again should the need arise.
